Hey everyone I've always been the type of person that when I get into something I want to learn everything that come with what I'm getting into, so on that note I've been looking on what I need and what I have to do to mix my own e-juice and all and all it don't seem to hard to mix it and the supples aren't to hard to get but there are a couple things that throws me off #1 where to get good vg and pg and nic I found a wed site myfreedomsmokers.com and the price seems pretty good just want some insight if this is a good place to get my vg,pg,and nic #2 I like a stronger nic level 24mg when I was reading it said that after adding the vg and pg it dilutes the nicotine so dose this mean I have to a stronger nicotine so when I add the vg and pg it dilute to where I want it and #3 where is a good place to get flavors

While you're over in the DIY forum look up dannyv45 and hoosiers blogs and read all of them. You'll learn alot about DIY. I use Wizard labs or ecigexpress for flavors and vg/pg and vapers tek for Nic. I also buy 100mg nic and mix it down. Download ejuicemeup calculator. It will figure all you quantities to mix for a given nic content and quantity of juice.

The cheapest pg/vg i've found is from bulk apothecary....8lbs roughly equals 1gallon, which will last a very long time, when you consider you are only using a few drops at a time ;)
$13.65 for 1 gal VG & $19.95 for 1 gal PG

flavorings you can get anywhere that sells food grade, like down the baking aisle of your grocery store ;)
High Desert Vapes has 3ml diy flavorings for $1.99 or $2.99 for 10ml and right now they are offering
Through 10/5/14 we are offering 1 free 3mL DIY flavor bottle with the purchase of a 10mL DIY flavor OR 3 FREE 3mL DIY flavors with the purchase of a 30mL DIY flavor.
No coupon code needed, just leave us a note in the comments area with your free selections. If the flavor is in not in stock we will substitute it with another of our choice.

I haven't tried their flavors yet, but I did order some, unfortunately before this promotion

Hello Kdawg, in the ELiquid section there is a sub forum for DIY juices. Lots a great info there and lots of people more than happy to help as well as some safety precautions that you need to know about. (nicotine can kill and safety precautions are a must.) I spend a lot of time in that part of the forum and hope to see you there.

Best to get flavors from a vaping supplier. Grocery store flavors can contain oils and such that are unsafe for vaping. Some may be ok but why take the chance.

+1 on that.

Did just that. Prowled the shelves of the local supermarket. Read all the fine print.
The concentrated ones were almost always oil-based. A no-go for vaping.
There were some with PG as carrier substance. But they also water added:
For taste it needed so much of the stuff, that it became way too thin vor vaping. Insta-leak on any atty.

Found only one vanilla which was PG-based without added water. Gave it a try. A bit bland, but vapeable in a pinch.

Sticking to my regular flavour suppliers, though
