I ordered a sampler pack from them on July 31st, received shipping confirmation on the 1st.

The package stopped tracking on Aug 2nd in FL, scheduled delivery date was the 5th. Now I am not complaining to them about a lost package... Totally NOT their fault.

What is their fault is they haven't responded to any of my correspondence for them to follow up with the post office on their end. I have done so on my end... But not responding to emails via their orders email address and their sites own contact form is disheartening to say the least.

Has anyone had a similar or even a different experience with want2vape?

UPDATE: Package is still lost. Want2Vape responded after a few requests and said to let them know if it doesn't show up by yesterday. I notified them and they sent another delivery out today. USPS said it's not LOST until it's past two weeks (it's been nine postal working days). Want2Vape did finally get back to me but I wish the communication was a bit more seamless... I'm glad they did correct this by sending a new package out.

Sorry for leaving this out there.

Want2Vape made this all better by resending out the package and did everything they could to insure I got the package. This was a USPS ISSUE and I'm happy to see they went the route to correct a problem that wasn't even theirs.

That being said, there juice was amazing. The Blondie juice was just like an acid cigar and I'm really impressed by their flavoring of tobacco juices.

Carol does run a good operation with customer satisfaction as her main priority.

Thank you!
