Wanted the Nemesis clone by Hcigar... did I get it? I think so, but oh well, it is what it is.

Clones of clones cloning clones... Trying to buy what I wanted was a difficult process lol. I bought a Nemesis clone off Ebay that the seller guaranteed was from hcigar and would come with the hcigar box... Then I found a youtube video comparing the ebay clone and hcigar clone. Crap, the boxes don't match, too late though I bought it. So it came today. Sure enough, the box was identical to the Hcigar box but said Nemesis (instead of Hcigar). So this must not be a Hcigar clone, grr... Well after watching the video again, this clone I bought seems to have the darker engravings, the trigger button is very smooth, and the silver contact is the same as shown in video from Hcigar. Yet I still feel a bit sad to be unsure, because it should have come with the Hcigar box, and people speak highly of the clone from Hcigar.

But I guess it may not matter as long as it performs the way it did today.. Im happy with my clone of a clone that was cloned...

Hcigar doesn't just have one type of box. If you can't find any fault with your mod, where's the issue..?

It's the same thing homie, Just a different box. My nemesis was the same way, and it had all the pros of the switch being smooth, deep engravings and the silver contacts. Nothing wrong with a different box, It performs the same :0

I purchased three Hcigar Nemesis clones in the last two weeks from the same vendor and got three absolutely identical mods in two different types of boxes. No issues with any of them.

As long as yours works, then I wouldn't worry about it.

If its a clone, does it really matter which company makes it? Hcigar is popular because they seem to have a lower rate of dud Q/C. It's not a "better" clone than some of the others, they tend to do a better job of putting out more units free of the large imperfections that can impact performance. If you bought any of the 1:1 clones (not the close copies, the actual clones) and it doesn't have any performance degrading imperfections, then you're good to go.

First thing I did when I got my HCigar Nemmy clone was go to FatDaddyVapes.com and get the magnet & contacts kit. Turned a good PV into a great PV.

This is basically what had me worried. Im tight on money, and the thought of having the Hcigar clone makes me feel more confident that I got bang for my buck and wont have to worry about something going wrong with it. I went to a local vape shop and looks like it is the Hcigar clone In that video, the guy's ebay clone actually broke during his review lol. Hopefully this thing lasts me a long time..

I can certainly understand your concern. I would wager that if it assembled without hitch, and functions properly, then you got a good one. The sorts of issues that would give you a headache would likely become pretty apparent quite quickly.

For example, I bought two sets of magnets for my nemesis clone from fast tech. I obviously got shipped the wrong magnets because they simply don't fit. I've watched a dozen different installation videos (not that it's a complicated operation by any stretch of the imagination) just to be sure I wasn't being stupid. Nope, just wrong size.

That's the sort of ... problem that poor qc and product checking causes, it becomes very quickly apparent and irritating.

Boxes come according do Quantities ordered and Buyer request.
For an order of 400, I could get Black Boxes with HCIGAR emblazoned across the front.

Buyers attempting to save money and sell at lower prices will order Quantities in generic white or black boxes to minimize freight.


I have several including Fasttech and HCigar.

If you have the Dark engravings and you got the Brown box with The Steam Engine - (probably says Nemesis ?) You almost assuredly got the HCigar.

I was gonna order from FTech cause of the awesome prices for a nemesis clone but my first order for other stuff still hasnt come in yet since January 3rd lmao. So i ordered from California 2 weeks ago and got it in 3 days after to my area in nevada. Still waiting for the toppers though :/. I spent $29 ($31 total) for mine, Hcigar from 101vape.com. Like the folks here said, their probably all the same.
