It is a griffin or a mini did clone... just with another name ;) I have that and its good performance genesis.

I have a genesis v2 coming from Genesis Style Rebuildable Electronic Cigarette Atomizer What sold me was the fact that they have premade SS wicks for it, which means as a brand new user to rebuildables I can focus solely on perfecting my wrapping skills instead of worrying about my oxidation skills. Plus now I don't have to go out and buy some kind of butane torch to get it set up.

What size drill bit?

depends on wick hole. They are not always the same. The wick hole on the AGA T + is smaller that the AGA 2. Some, including myself, enlarged the wick hole by drilling to 1/8" (very hard to do on this rba and you will need to use a drill press to avoid the hole breaking into the center seal area). That being said, I have had a great deal of difficulty with this rba.

Wicks are a breeze to do, just follow a few videos. You want a tight no center hole wick, which takes a little practice. Just semi tight roll it all the way once, unroll and just work the first 1/4" back and forth and when closed, continue the roll to finish. The coil is the difficult part and will make or break the performance.

The drill bit method only works if it is tight enough to the wick. Two tight and you can't get wick inserted, too loose and it can't do the atomization required. You will need to test fir bits to see which works best. Another method is to pre wrap coil on the wick, then insert the coil/wick and connect as usual. Or, just wrap the wick as those doing this all the time do.

Getting the coil to burn evenly, just right is the hard part. You will find you have to do a lot of poking and prodding.

The glass tank won't make ur aga-t+ to t2 lol I mean its just a name... if I want to I can call my aga a z-atty :)

AGA-T = Old verision
AGA-T+ New version with plastic tank
AGA-T2 New version with glass tank

Other than the tank material, both the T+ and the T2 are identical in all other aspects.
Swap tanks and you can swap names and everyone will know what you set up you have and it is logical to do so.
Both the T+ and the T2 have different components and materials than the old T.

I don't care how magical creative you are or what you add or remove from your AGA-T, it aint a ZAP.
It is not poor form to call the AGA-T +/2 based on what it has on it, even if that is not how you purchased it.

Decent little pen size butane torches are about $5. If you're willing to dump $30+ on an RBA, plus another $10+ on wick/coil supplies, and another $5 on juice to fill it... well, the torch is not going to break the bank.

I know so far most are touting the AGA-Ts. I have the AGA-Tiamat, and the AGA hydra. Both are decent RBAs, but I found I didn't care so much for the cooler vape. Turns out I prefer the bottom air fed types that came from the Odysseus-style RBA. I found a cheap one that delivers outstanding flavor at 17 USD (at the time) from discountvapors.com (merely a customer; no affiliation). I've had great success with cotton candle wick, hemp twine wick, and of course, silica wick. It's basically an oversized Vivi, but *really* easy to rebuild. It's nothing near as tough as an AGA, but it's the easiest rebuildable I've seen to date. It's called the SmokTech "R". The only RBA that is better in flavor than the "R" for me has been the Odysseus. imho

+1 on the R-Tank, a/k/a Hyper SRT II. I use cotton yarn in mine, and it's a fantastic vape. Great flavor, no dry hits, no shorting out, air-hole alignment hassles, etc. The only drawback, at least with the cotton yarn, is that I have to replace the wick and coil every couple of tanks. The cotton is a real gunk-magnet, and you can't dry burn to clean the coils. Super easy, tool-free build, though. If ease of use is what you're after, you can't get simpler than this one.

I started out with the Hyper SRT II, but after comparing it side-by-side, it's my opinion that the SRT is nothing more than a rebrand/rename. You be the judge. I started a thread with my experiences with the SRT and later the "R". I have pictures comparing both.

I am convinced (based on the products I received) that the SmokTech "R" is a better product than the Hyper SRT II. They look very similiar; almost identical, but the "R" is machined much better.

Check what I was replying to, otherwise your response is completely out of context.

Never owned or used a ZAP.

Edit: To the point, You said that you could not change the name if you swapped the tank, I told you that you were mistaken and obviously don't understand the naming conventions of the AGA-T +/2.
The + means plastic tank the 2 means glass tank. As soon as you switch them, the name switches. It is so you will know what tank is on it. If you don't like it take it up with the manufacturer. Desert heat seems to be getting to you.
