This post might sound a bit needy only for the simple fact that this concept is still so new to me. I continually keep haering about rebuildable atomizers and figure with all these people using them, they must be great. For what it's worth I've been using HH357's and have been quite satisfied with them, but for some reason I just *HAVE* to try the latest and greatest :p I'm also really enjoying this as a hobby and can never have enough stuff to fiddle with. The whole rba concept is a great idea as well.

I'm really at a loss where to start. I currently own a Provari and a Lambo 4.0, can I even use rba's on these mods? If I can use those mods my second question would be what is the best RBA to invest in? I am always after anything that can produce crap tons of vapor while maintaining lots of flavor. I also mainly drip, is this possible with RBA's? I've mostly ever seen tank systems.

Am looking forward to some discussion and getting educated on these things. I'll be doin' some YouTubin' tonight to try and get a feel for them.

I started with a Pheonix Bully RBA. It is a tad bit small and you need a jewelers screwdriver for it. On the other hand it is only around 15 bucks. Works beautifully though. I am using it on a eGo Twist at 4.2v with a 2.6ohm coil. I bout this incase I didn't like RBA's but turned out I really did. I am going to order a few more RBA's of different brands to try them out. All around 20-35 bucks. All in all I have been really happy with it.

You can use RBAs on both of those PVs, haven't used a 4.0 lambo but it looks like it has ohm check n short protection. To get your feet wet with basic coiling, if you have a vivi nova you can always disassemble a head and re-coil a new one w/cotton or silica if you please. Working with SS mesh has it's own issues, but once you get them working they're dandy.

I've only used the PhoenixXL and a DiD clone myself, have another one (unsure what it is, tis a dripper though) and one of the screws refuses to tighten into the post so I kind of never bothered with it. Personally I find the Phoenix easier to work with, and it has a decent sized reservoir that holds upwards of 15 drops, or can be dripped regular like.

I have been vaping for about 2 years I found my groove and my pv of choice. I know exactly what you mean by wanting to try the new stuff! I have been looking into RBA'S and ZEN is NOT the way to go.. it's 150$$$ waaay to expensive for a first RBA I have researched the heck out of the did clone and it seems to be performing very well. I have one in the mail and should get it soon. This will also be my first RBA at a very reasonable price for me to play around with and get to know a little better. The problem with RBA'S is the initial setup. Oxidizing the mesh wrapping the coil understand the ohm output. This is by far the trickiest part of it all.. I suggest maaad research friend: )

I use a Z-Atty-U and a bliSS but for a beginner I would recommend the aga-t. Reason is that they are inexpensive and can be set up for vertical or horizontal wicking....great feature to get your feet wet with making both silica and stainless mesh wicks. This is just MY opinion of course, and the other recommendations are also good ones. "roll roll roll your mesh, burn it till it's black...once you play with an RBA, you will not go back!" Ok, I'm no songwriter....
