My thoughts exactly, here you go Nuck :D

I appreciate the humor and digs but this is not personal.

To me, by putting up a certificate for a food establishment that governs only a facility producing edibles and not inhale-ables, that is dodgy and implies that they are FDA approved. My research with the FDA and RegistrarCorp indicates they are not authorized to display or have such a certificate.

That's it.
You want to accuse me of not being a vaper or whatever - you don't know.

Some things are conjecture and some things are not.
At the right time I will tell you all about my experience and endeavors in this as a user and a distributor/manufacturer over the past 10 months.
All the legal issues, the FDA, the big Pharms (which I consulted to some of the biggest), the situation in China, the patents, the health reports - all of it, my involvement with the opposition to the recent CBS report and a forthcoming feature on Fox News.
I have only been involved with original patent holders like Ruyan, Loongtotem and cixi at a very high level and not anything which is cloned or has no patent or certifications or test results.
I have identified and dealt with the charlatans and middlemen.
I know from your perspective you prolly think this is all bs and I am nuts.
I may be nuts but I assure you it is not bs.
I'm nuts because I have endured all the customs, patent, testing and other flak for the last 10 months and put a lot on the line to make sure the great potential of e-cigs is reached, especially here in the US where there are close to 400,000 tobacco related deaths every year, not to mention the $100 billion in associated health care costs of which $30 billion is out of our taxes in Medicaid payments for these diseases.

We can't hide and hope, but must support the testing, cessation trials and realistic regulation and manufacture of these devices, especially here in the US.
That is what I am dedicated to.
I am working daily with labs, clinics, hospitals and manufacturing facilities here in the US to make this happen.
Right now I have people in China and in other states besides mine in the US getting all these ducks in a row.
At the right time, it will be news. Hopefully in a short while we will have reliable, safe (tested) products that are legal and at a fair price.
If you want to get an FDA registration, just sign up at FDA Registration | U.S. Agent | FDA Regulatory Assistance for Food, Medical device, Drug & Cosmetic Companies - Registrar Corp, cough up your money, download your certificate and post it on your site or wall.
That's not going to help anybody.

I have several independen ISO/CNAS/CMA/RoHS/CE/UL Certified labs that could be used to test anyone's products and those are the results that should be on the sites or walls - those results will help move this forward honestly and under the highest level of scientific scrutiny.
Agreed those tests cost money that JC or others cannot afford but still, if your car isn't inspected you cannot legally drive it - even if you can't afford the inspection fee.
I don't think I am stretching things.

Sorry if I rubbed you the wrong way but this is what I believe is right and will continue along these lines.

JC may be naive yet sincere in a hobby-esque sort of way, but in the bigger picture - they should think about their potentially historic role in this arena.

Play by the rules, no need to be implying things which are ultimately not factual, no matter how unimportant or truth stretching it may be - that's exactly what the government and the press will target.

The less negatives the better and any claims must be able to withstand scrutiny.

Let's not open ourselves up to unnecessary problems.

That will just hurt everyone.

Wow, burnt seems to be a very bizzare character...

I like him!

Not sure exactly what your motives are though Mr Burnt. I get your opinion on JC and the dang FDA sticker, but... What do u want from US? Do you want us all to agree with you? Do you want us to buy YOUR stuff? Do you just want to fight with strangers on the internet?

In all seriousness I'm just trying to understand the motive behind your redundant rants. We get your point- now what?

Johnson Creek used to clog atomisers so they got new filtering equipment and changed some ingredients. It doesn't seem to clog now.

In the last few months there have been numerous reports of eliquid turning green. They have said it is because of light, temperature or oxidation but apparently they haven't been able to replicate the problem in a lab so can only guess. For what it's worth, they say it's safe.

Burnt has a problem with misleading marketing which is another issue again, Johnson Creek imply that they are approved by the FDA.

I didn't see anything misleading on the JC website. They claimed to be registered and they have an image of the registration. Seems pretty straight-forward to me.

I also see they now list ingredients, have warnings and ship with child-proof containers. They are definitely moving in the right direction a lot quicker than many of the other juice suppliers on these boards.

I'm not sure why anyone would rather trust a Chinese imported liquid given the last year or so of pretty horrible revelations.

I Fully Agree With NUCK!

Vape American Juice!

I just received my 3rd order of JC smoke juice. With the exception of their wild cherry... and the slight blandness of a few flavors... I really love their VG juice. I am allergic to PG so I do not have a lot of options... but overall I really enjoy their flavors and their juice. Most produce excellent vapor and a decent throat hit. This time they even sent me a Tshirt saying "America's Best Smoke Juice"(or something like that.. I am not home now). I am going to do a video review of a bunch of the flavors soon I think.

Interesting test facility... not much light though... what's the FDA registration number again?... I have a greased up cell phone set on vibrate... non-toxic even

15,000 plus views proud on this thread. Could be old. Those are good ad numbers to fish but... IMHO a forum is about issues and reviews, not product plugs or other types of plugs... see youse around.

I know, now you'll dare me with like "you don't have any product."
