Thanks, Mary. I haven't been draining the atomizers overnight since I got my EVO. I will be more diligent.

How do you do the overnight drain for an EVO atomizer? It has the exposed bridge. Just slip a cart casing and invert?

Thanks everyone for their input re my observations. Perhaps my problem is due to not doing the overnight draining and just happened to coincide with my using JC juice?

I have been experimenting with draining and not draining- so far I cant say its helped (or hurt)
You get what you get out of an atty- not draining hasn't helped me- draining hasn't helped me. My attys last 2-3 weeks, four if I am lucky. Seems it just is what it is.

I've never had a problem with JC juice, vaped the entire VG sampler pack. Have only lost 1 atomizer in 4 months of heavy vaping! Still use the original 801 from Pure Smoker ordered the first week of Jan. (Thanks Cash!)

Have even mixed 90% VG and 10% flavoring, and forgot to thin with distilled water or golden grain twice...still no atomizer problems!

If you order enough from JC you will eventually get a batch that was made too thin. They have freely admitted to me that each small batch that is made is a little different and made by different staff members--It is good e-liquid and that is not the issue--the issue is that it is just hit or miss when you get an order wheather the batch came out right. So quailty control is an issue. ----------Sun

I'm new to electronic cigarettes (and to this forum). I bought a cheap Smoking Everywhere kit (with only one battery and a USB charger) about 2 months ago. I subsequently bought another battery as well as another atomizer. Originally I bought cartridges from SE, but was disappointed with the inconsistent quality and longevity. I then began buying NJoy NPros, which appeared to be a better smoke. However, when I began to see local and web suppliers apparently having problems acquiring the cartridges, I decided to try refilling the cartridge "wicks". I bought a 1 oz. bottle of Johnson Creek Smoke Juice high strength (24mg)tobacco flavored PG based liquid and have been using it with great effect for about 2 weeks. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm getting great vapor and great nic buzz and I've done nothing special. I don't clean my vaporizer and I'm still using the same one the entire time! If I remember correctly, the literature that came with the liquid warns against dripping the liquid directly into the atomizer. Maybe that's the issue.

I had this also, i bought 3 30ml 24mg PG from JC and i lost 2 EVO atomizers and surprisingly 1 901 atomizers by using only 20ml of that stuff!!!!
BTW, i bought it 2 months ago

I've only been vaping a week. I've learned a lot from this forum. I notice lots of people drip directly onto the atomizer. I never have. I just keep the cart juicy by topping off or refill a cart with a syringe and I get lots of vapor and good throat hit with my 510. I've read warnings across the net NOT to drip directly on the atomizer but people do it all the time and some how to sites even suggest dripping onto the atomizer. By reading the various problems people have losing atomizers, I wonder if it's the fact they are dripping directly onto it?

Heyo all

I vape the non-pg (vg i guess) and I have had a ton of trouble with the JC Vanilla flavour.

I'm a non-smoker, so I get the no-nic stuff, so maybe that is an issue, but I've never noticed a single problem with any JC Non-PG flavour except th vanilla.

My wife smokes the low-nic version of the vanilla and says she has no problems, but she gets ucky build-up in her cart airhole and has to dig it out with a pin from time-to time.

I'm vaping with the Tennessee(sp?) Cured and Original Tobacco and have no problems at all...and that's with two separate batches, so maybe I'm just luck or whatever lol.

hey guys im new to this site and just got the JC juice and dripping in my red dragon e cig and its working fine so far. I like the red dragon cartridges for a fresh atomizer each time and now that they are all dry ive been dripping. Ill give an update to see how long mine work but im getting scared to use it now lol but so far ive been dripping the same one for a week and still good vapor and no bad taste so we will see how far i can go.

I got a 15ml bottle of Tenn Cured yesterday, and if this stuff is bad compared to the original formula, then WOW, it must have been good! This stuff is my favorite so far, surpassing the ever-popular RY4.

I'll definitely order more JC juice!

If you like the Smoke 51, it does not matter if it is "old school" Do you enjoy it, or are you looking for something different? You will find that constantly chasing after a bigger, better e cig is mostly a waste of time and money. There will always be something newer, but what does it matter if you like what you have? What do you like and not like about your Smoke 51?

I have stored JC PG Artic Mint 24mg in the fridge for 4 months.
The bottle is half full meaning much O2 is available to oxidize the eliquid.
The ejuice is clear.
The mint flavor is there but not as minty.
The taste is still good.
Still has a throat hit but not as strong as my other 24mg juice; I guesstimate the JC 24mg now hits like 16mg juice.

I ordered a sample pack of the VG/PG mix. First thing I tried due to the rave reviews was Tennessee Cured. Either my taste buds are screwed up due to years of smoking, or this stuff is just plain horrible! I'd like to tell you EXACTLY what it reminded me of, but I'll be less crass and just say that It had a horrible burnt-bacon aftertaste that I just couldn't get past. I thought maybe it was an acquired taste, but after giving it more than a fair chance I gave it up. I moved on from flavor to flavor and every single one of them had that horrible aftertaste, some more than others. I did tolerate the Summer Peach, but even that one wasn't great. AND the whole experience left a horrible, lingering taste in my atomizer that I can't get rid of. I'm not sure what the original formula was like, but count me out on this new one. Still looking for a good juice. I do enjoy the clean-ness of Ecopure menthol!

I am right there with you!!! All of the JC has the same underlying strange flavor to it! Not sure what it is, but just smelling it gives me a headache!
We are in the same boat, I too enjoy Ecopure Menthol...Clean and refreshing!
