Well, I bought a sample pack, just to be able to say I tried something other than TW. Here's the flavor testing:

Original-Tasted like a snipe. You die hard smokers know what i mean. A cig half smoked and put out, to be finished later.
Tenn Cured- tasted like a dirty ashtray.
Peach- flavor was there, but as I don't like peach flavors in anything, it didn't grab me.
Espresso- Tasted like week old coffee with a cigarette put out in it.
strawberry- really weak, barely has any strawberry flavoring
menthol-minty
chocolate truffle-tastes off
mint chocolate-not too bad
black cherry-normally not a cherry fan, but not bad at all
vanilla-another really weak flavor.

On all of them, i had to burn clean my atty a lot, to keep it vapin good. throat hit on all of them were nearly nonexistant, it was like i was smoking flavored VG alone, no nic buzz and no throat hit, except the menthol. Menthol just had the menthol throat hit, and none from anything else.

So, I do severely doubt I'll order more. The service was quick, but I was rather dissappointed with their product as a whole. I preffer a lot more flavor in mine.

So like many of us I'm new to vaping- almost two weeks in now. I'll try to give a short version of my experience with JC

Started with a DSE801 from RMV, a bunch of pre-filled carts and a few liquids. Early this week, I received some JC juices, and things went from hopeful, to bad, to awesome.

I'd ordered: 30ml Tenn cured (PG)11mg, and 15ml Original (low-PG)11mg. Included were a freebie sample of Original (?PG)0mg, and a couple 3ml plastic dropper bottles.

I washed out a cart, dried it to slightly damp in some paper towel, and filled it with the Tenn Cured. Immediately I saw it was noticeably thinner than the other juices I've been using. Still sorting my techniques, I probably over-filled the cart, and given the viscosity, I believe I definitely over-filled for using JC straight.

First few hits were good, loved the flavor, but the vapor started dying off quickly- I could see it was still creating vapor, but the throat hit was disappearing, and the exhaled vapor was non-existent. Fought with it all night, tried to get it to work, finally gave up and switched to a known cart. Same results. Realized the atty was now fouled, and went to bed very unhappy.

Next day I was at the store, and finally found where they were hiding the glycerin. Mix up a batch (in one of those bitty bottles) of about 50/50 glycerin/JC, load a cart and use my other atty. Absolutely awesome. Good flavour, huge clouds. Deem it's a viscosity issue.

I've found that 50/50 was too thick to wick well in my 801. Currently using about 3:1, or about 25% glycerine.

However, yesterday I received my 306. Start playing with that, and it seems the 3:1 mix is too thin; less filler, not as much need for wicking. Currently trying 2:1, or 33% glycerine.

My overall opinion: JC has good flavour, and I like their service. The juice can be too thin, but it seems different models may require different viscosities. If nic level is an issue for you, buy one level higher so it will be in the range you desire after blending to the thickness you need.

[Everyone's needs, desires, and results may be different. I fully accept I may be quite off my nut.

P.S.: The fouled atty has been cleaned out once, and came back to about 85-90% efficiency. It's now in a second cycle along with the other atty, and I'm confident it will come back to near 100%.

The 3:1 mix is working great for the 801. Moved up to 1:1 for the 306.

Those mini bottles seem to be 4ml, not 3ml.

All my atty's are now working great. Soaked in Pepsi One ~8hrs-(I don't do sugared/syruped sodas, and can't do aspartame)- then rinsed in hot water, blew out, rinsed again, blew out again, then let dry ~18hrs.

Working my way thru the JC sampler, after having the Choc Truffle, Strawberry, Peach, Artic menthol and Original, I'm not all that impressed. I really want to like this stuff, I really do, but the flavorings just aren't there.

Like other's have said, there's that underlying flavor, to me it's a strong smokey flavor; not tobacco smokey, but more like old campfire smoldering smokey. I even tried doing tongue hits (put the tip of your tongue up to the cart while inhaling) and still the flavor is not that good.

I have a big bottle of original that I've been trying to use, only because I don't want to waste it. The only way I can get past it is to put a few drops of Loranns Raspberry in small decanted bottles of it.

I agree with the vg adding. I tried a sampler pack a few months ago and actually liked JC original and tennessee. So when they had a sale a few weeks ago, I ordered some of each but it seems like I get little or no vapor unless I add some vg. It is not that big of a deal to me since I add vg to some other liquids that I use but should they really be charging a premium price?

I had one of the samplers not that long ago. On the point of flavor, I liked the Tennessee Cured quite a bit, but the others were all "meh." However, they absolutely KILLED my 801 atty. I used probably a little under half of the juice that came with the sampler (as I had run out of other juices to use.) I ordered a 5 pack of attys from TW along with some juice, when the JC juice arrived. So in the time it took for TW to get that stuff to me (about 7 days) the JC juice killed a perfectly working Janty 801 atty that came with my Janty Stick. Now I cannot be completely sure it was teh juice as I had had that atty for 2 months, but before that it worked perfectly. So personally, I blame the juice. Just my 2 cents. Peace!

I used to love the old Tennesee Cured recipe.
I was hesitant, but bought some of the new Tennesee Cured and Original.

I think I like the new Tennesee Cured even better than the old recipe.
But I think the Original Smoke Juice was too sweet for me.

My everyday juice is never the same, but it always starts with Tennesee Cured...

    1) 70% Tennesee Cured
    2) 15% Ecopure Rich Gold for more vapor
    3) 15% any of a number of flavors that mix well with tobacco flavor

I get my flavors in small sampler bottles from MyFreedomSmokes...

    1) RY4
    2) 555
    3) Butterscotch
    4) English Toffee
    5) Chocolate
    6) Coffee
    7) Peanut Butter
    8) Caramel
    9) Vanilla

That's interesting, because I find the new TC sweeter than the JC Original. I think it's the extra vanilla that gives me that impression. I love them both, though.

I just tried cutting JC Original (reduced-PG) with maybe 1/4 ECOpure Gold, and wow! Lots more vapor, better consistency, and the flavor didn't dilute nearly as much as when I cut with VG, nor did the flavor change appreciably. I'll try again with Rich (assuming non-evil Rich ever appears again on this plane of existence).

By the way, I've been using JC liquids almost exclusively for two months, and never had a single atomizer problem (and this with six atomizers). My only maintenance has been to boil the atomizers in distilled water a couple of times. Then again, I use a low-power battery. I have a feeling the problem arises with higher heat. If I start using JC in my 510, which is ECOpure-only so far, I'll probably restrict its use to a single atomizer until I can see whether it's causing any buildup.

looks like im not the only one that had the liquids ruin atomisers. bought the sample pack hoping for good stuff...i only like menthol and the tennessee cured. but everything else tasted horrid. all 7 of my 510 atomisers were burned up and ruined within 3 days of use. that is even after cleaning and boiling of the attys...ugh! bought pillbox38 menthol totally wicked juice and 5 new attys...greatest i have tried! consistant vapor reproduction, im filling carts less often than before and not to mention it doesnt burn my throat like im breathing campire smoke. i almost lost faith in vaping...lol im glad faith has been restored.

I'd be interested to see your vaping habits, thos of you who say JC ruined your attys...I have smoked it straight, and cut with Ecopure and have had no ill effects. Soaked one or two in vodka overnight that were tough on the draw and no issues....

How long are you holding a burn?

I second that, I'm very curious also as to what models you're using that JC is so unfriendly to. I suspect it's higher-temp devices that are having problems, because I've been using JC liquids (straight, cut with VG and vodka, and cut with ECOpure) with a blu for two months and am perfectly happy with them-- good flavor, good vapor, and never the slightest sign of gunk on the atomizers. I've purposely avoided using JC in my 510 so far because I don't know if it's going to play as nice with it.

I use a 510 also. I have not had problems with it clogging up my attys but the last couple bottles I got seemed to thin and had to add a little vg to get it to vape right. It is such a small amount that it doesn't seem to affect the flavor. By the way, I have been using the same two attys for about four months.

5 seconds or less. i only used one flavor per atty. if i ran out of fresh ones i would throughly clean the atty to try a new flavor. all of my 510 attys were still junk no matter how carefull i was. they werent full of gunk but all they would do is get hot and stop producing vapor. after vaping tw liquids i havent had any problems
