Warranty question??

I bought my Don on 9-19-2011
My brass switch started getting stuck, so I had to replace it. Why I wonder, is the switch not under warranty?
Should I not have been offered a replacement??? I am only wondering. Please advise if I am incorrect.

Hi Lady,

If you don't get an answer here regarding your warranty I would suggest visiting the electroncstix website and using the "contact us" feature. I had a question a few days ago and they were very good about getting back to me. The website also has a telephone number to contact the store.

The don is a great mod, but does require some occasional maintenance to keep it in pristine working order. If you have a few extra minutes, watch the megalodon maintenance videos on the Electronicstix site. You can find them by clicking the e-cig education tab on the Electronicstix homepage, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Sorry i didn't answer your post earlier. As a part-timer, I'm not totally familiar with the warranty details for the different mods we carry.

Looking at the response I gave, I just realized that I never answered your question about the warranty lol. Since I dont really know the answer, i'm gonna have to agree with Huffelpuff. You're best of emailing sales@electronicstix or calling the shop before 5pm on weekdays for a definite answer. Chances are switches aren't covered under warranty, but I'm betting a thorough cleaning & some gun oil will fix your switch issues anyways.

Yes if the switch was maintained properly we could warranty the switch, if the switch has never been cleaned or maintained, thats not really covered.
