The first kit I bought, back in December, was from smoke tips.
The reason I bought it from them is because they HAD a batteries that they warrantied for life & I considered that the weak part of any e-cig.
Had some trouble at first, but stuck with them & they worked it out with me.
I didn't buy their cartos & I found this forum & other suppliers of juice & empty cartos which I liked better than their pre-filled ones.
I had 1 of the batteries start giving trouble about a month ago but when I contacted them by e-mail all they could say was that I hadn't bought my carots from them.
I informed them the battery was supposed to be warrantied for life & didn't return my e-mail.
I now guess that was a come on to get people to buy their products.
The batteries are great when they work, as they are autos, but if you don't buy your liquid from them they won't honor the warranty.
Moral of story is don't believe anything people say.
