The free carts they thrown in with the order go a long way to expose you to things you would never had tried on your own, and also to confirm what you never wanted to try in the first place (ie: french pipe, RY4, coconut, smores, YECH!!).

Agreed! I would have never ordered Red Cow as it would take large sums of money to get me to drink a Red Bull (blech) but I got a free one in my last order (Thanks again TW) and I really enjoyed it.

And that reminds me..... Mark/Steve/Anyone that will listen....Can TW ALWAYS pack my orders? Cause they do a really good job at picking flavors for me.

NO amount of money will make me drink Red Bull..but I agree that the flavor of the vape is really GOOD!

See what I mean? This is what's great about V4L, everyone has such varied tastes, but there is definitely something for everyone.

Oh, forgot to mention, Smilin Special Menthol is my fave; a hint of coffee, chocolate, and strong menthol overtones. Enjoy!

I know I mentioned it in this thread, I spent $100 on sampler packs. I got both menthol and 3 different tobacco (non-menthol) packs. Soda shop and Candy Store and ummm I don't remember. Only have half of them now as I did it in 2 orders.

My OP was just a reaction to the first few carts I pulled out, purely by chance. And seems I got the ones that taste awful to me but the menthol sample and tobacco sample weren't so bad so by the time a few people responded I was more at ease. Figured though that since folks were nice and helpful I'd ask what other flavors those who tasted something similar in the same flavors as me could suggest I stay away from.

I've tried: Freebie: Cuban Cigar and MountDo, Menthol Lovers Sampler #2: Parliment Menthol and Virginia Menthol, Tobacco Shop Sampler: Cowboy, Soda Shop Sampler: LemonLimeAde and Cola, Candy Shoppe Sampler: Alomond-Choco-coco

I'm vaping them empty, except MountDo and LemonLimeAde. So it'll take me awhile to try more.

May I suggest that you try two more samplers? The Fruit Bowl Sampler will introduce you to the Grape and the Peach (yummy) + a good assortment. The Berry Sampler is MARVELOUS!!! My Number One favorite is the CLASSIC Caramel Mocha Frapacinno. It's GREAT!

I'm still working my way through more of the samples and now I have another question. As I finish the different flavors I put the condom and .... plug back on the cart and put it back in the box but upside down so I can tell which I've tried vs. which I haven't. But I was having trouble. Spent more than 5 minutes trying to get the .... plug into a Virginia Menthol cart. I finally looked really closely and saw the hole on the threaded, battery end wasn't 'right.' I picked up another cart and then another. Both of those had a larger sized hole. Pulled anther menthol out of the box, a Parliment Menthol. It was the same as the Virginia Menthol, smaller hole. And the condom had a dimple in it and the .... plug was different. Instead of a long plug then length of the outside part of the cap it was just a tiny short thing with a little tiny plug that fit into the smaller hole.

Checked and all the carts in the menthol Lovers Sampler #2 are that way. Smaller hole in the battery end. All the other carts from the tobacco lovers, soda and candy shop have the larger hole.

Do all menthol cartomizers from V4L have this smaller hole? and Why? If anyone knows.

Funny, you picked the flavors that are among the few that I truly dislike. Those and any tobacco flavors, and ice cream. Don't bail; I'd get a few more prem. samplers. Lotta people love the bananas foster and the choc banana, but it's way subjective.

Not all, no. But those particular cartomizers were made by a different manufacturer.

Hey if this helps, They threw in mt poo and cola as freebies, wasn't a fan either, I had the same experience as the OP and if you want to try a great vape for menthol, (trust me its my go to and I vape it 24/7 I have 2 30ml bottles left *cries*) Is the smilin! OMG better then the menthol analogs and I smoked menthol analogs for 6 years about.

I rather like the Parliment Menthol from that Menthol Lovers #2 sampler. Does that means I can't get the juice to match? Or just that the juice was put into a cart made by a diff. manuf.?

ive hand made lemon and lime flavors they all tasted like cleaner to me it had the right flavor but it was like cleaner.

Another member suggested, and forgive me, I cant remember who you are out there, that when trying cartos for the first time to not look at the carto or the flavor name... just vape it. Sometimes your mind can play some tricks on you.

That might have been me, RIA. I've mentioned my approach several times in threads like this: I'll put 4-5 new flavs on batts, set them on a table in darker room, and vape each for a while--without looking at any labels. It's really an interesting experience and makes it pretty easy to find my preferences.

I did this with the coffee sampler a while back and found only one that made me smile--the classic CMF. I'd never order anything like that in a coffee shop--I'm a straight black coff drinker--but that vape worked for me despite the poofy name. Here's to vaping in the dark.

I posted earlier that I didn't like Bananas Fosters. I change my mind. It still doesn't taste like the name, more like banana now n laters, but it mellowed out and I do like it now. The first few pulls were too artificially sweet/perfumy but after that it was good, but not om nom nom good. I give it a 7/10.

I got a box of Banana Fosters based on all the glowing reviews... and I gotta say, for me it was blech. Too too sweet and cloying. I've found that any of the "sweet" flavors, like the chocolate macademia or snickers bar (turtle candy) are too sweet for me. Funny, considering how I am a candy and sugar addict otherwise. I am all fruit flavors from here on out.

Thanks, I stared at those 3 letters for awhile and just couldn't come up with anything reasonable. Figured if I came up with some really crazy combination someone would set me straight.

I assume the correct answer is caramel mocha frappuccino? Because I have one of those in the Coffee Shop sampler I have here but haven't tried it yet.
