used to use 3mm 6 - 7 wrap non-contact 26ga ~ 1-1.2 , and worked well for a while and then rebuild it and it sucked...rewicked ... still sucked.. vaping under 10watts

tried 5 wrap non-contact around magic blue screwdriver came out to .55ish and even at 7watts, dry hits..

im not a noob a rewicking this thing, ive had it for a while now and never had too many dry hit problems

can someone just please telll me an awesome build that has kickass flavor flave :D, or tell me what i'm doing wrong

juice channels have NEVER been blocked, im OCD about checking before i fire her up

I figured it out!!!! A Stupid stripped screw is barely loose and won't tighten anymore. Causing voltage to jump way up since the resistance will get misread and jump up a ton

No more screws for it! Just extra screws from RDA's lying around which look too big

Any ideas what to do?
screw? the only ones are on the rba for the coil.

I stripped out one of the screw holes on my original RBA as well. Luckily I had done it the day after I ordered 2 replacement RBA's from SweetVapes, just wanting the upgraded insulators, so I wasn't that broke up over it. It would be nice to see them beef up that screw, and in turn the hole threads. Honestly, this whole "screws capturing the wire" thing needs to go away completely, there are better ways to capture wire. Some kind of clamping system would be much more effective.
