I've got plenty of those--stock coils, not rewicked, though! Curiouser and curiouser...

Rum?!?!?!?!
Back when I switched from my T3 clearos and the PT2 was new on the market, I started pulling the silica out of the new coils and wicking with cotton. I just can't stand silica wicked coils. It won't cost you a penny to pop one of those coils you have in there to try it, whaddya got to loose :)

Well, I gave this a try, and it didn't work. The chimney inside the tank is too big for the top of the coil, couldn't close the tank.

Do you have a silver STM? I do.

Welp, am using the non Nauty BVC on my silver Subtank all this morning til now. Looks like the center tube/chimney may be a hair longer in the silver than the black one I originally tried it on because there is a separation between the bottom of the glass and the top of the base this time. HOWEVER, hasn't leaked at all.......Okay, just tried on the white and black Subtank using Bedazzle glass to be sure. No gap. :)
