Hey, did you know I've taken all of Michael's Wilton cake decorating classes?
Anyway, David and I actually discussed this when we first started ordering non-tobacco flavors from Flavourart (since he's seen my boxes of over 75+ cake pans). If you are using a Wilton recipe (which you can find on their website) they suggest 1 tsp of their extract for flavor. However, they add alcohol to their extracts are made of "water, alcohol, artificial flavors." (I just looked at a bottle I have) Our products don't have that, so just guesstimating? I would start with a few drops at a time (or no more than 1/4 tsp. to start) and keep tasting til you get what you want. Sorry, I haven't had time to bake a single cake since we started doing this LOL! Please keep track of what you use then post here so the rest of us will know!
