I read a few reviews of different e-cig's, and did not see anything on PureSmoke. I would assume this is because nobody has written a solid review, but why leave anything to chance? What do peoples think about the puresmoke product?

Unfortunately I bought a PureSmoke before even looking into e-cig research. I must say I am quite happy with it, but that may be for lack of comparisons. Besides, how can I complain about a few minor inconveniences when I'm not sucking cancer anymore! I would like to list a few thoughts about my device and if someone could tell me if it's par for the course.

1) The cartridges are sticky and the caps pull out some of the juice when removed.

2) Not a lot of consistency with cartridge life. First one lasted one-and-a-half days, while the second one only lasted half a day.

3) Erratic Battery life. First charge went out after a few hours, but second charge lasted all day long.

4) No juice indicator. Only time I know to change a cartridge is when my throat burns

So, is there a model that has less problems with this, or should I simply accept that these are byproducts of a still-developing technology. I'm happy either way, I just have no clue

Chalk it up to a lesson learned and start asking questions and search the forum so you can find a decent e-cig.

Welcome! Yeah, not hearing rave reviews about puresmoke right now....chalk it up as a learning event and get a 510 ordered (must have: manual button) get some different juices too. Good luck!

Im guessing their are VERY MANY of us on here just like you Dude. I myself was screwed over by a SE kiosk; can only blame myself for not doing due dilagence research, These people thrive on the impluse buyer ( that would be me ) Well; at least your not out $150 to learn your lesson! Research, research, use the POO out of the search function THEN order something I recently got a "MEGA 510 Titan" from TW and it rocks, for me, for now. Im looking for my second piece already and I've only been vapping it for 2.5 days. Not disapointed , just curious. OH and in those 2.5 days I've ad 3 analoges. One was while the batterys were charging ont the 510, one was a force of habit OOPS! and another this morning was to see if my sence if smell and taste had already changed ( it had; pew ) So do some snooping and get yourself a quality piece. Once you settle in, your gonna love it!

yeah, that's the one! After some research here on the forums I think I may just toss it when I get my Joye 510 Ordered it yesterday and still waiting for the shipment. Thanks for the feedback everyone, and I'll probably have many more questions when my new kit arrives.

Never "toss" ANY e-cig or supplies you've purchased !!

Many reasons to keep all you buy as either back ups or as a "sample" trial for others you know:

- those times when suppliers are out of stock and so are YOU
- battery, atomizer, charger failures
- a friend or co-worker that is "interested" but doesn't want to commit (makes a good loaner)
- a potential ban or deemed illegal
- I'm sure there's tons of other reasons

When my daughter got pregnant, she quit cold turkey & expected her hubby & her Mum (me) to do the same thing. Our local smoke shop carries only PureSmoke brand. I was a dedicated customer of theirs; purchased clove cigarettes from them for 25+ years before Nobama had cloves banned in the US. I bought 2 PureSmoke starter packs, one for the son in law, and one for myself. We loved them! Not everyone has the time & patience to refill carts & clean atomizers. We get a new atomizer in every 20 pack of carts. Do we need to replace it after 20 carts? Nope, but having the extra brand new one for replacing when needed makes a terrific difference. I also tried refilling, got some clove flavor, and some vanilla. The used carts refill nicely if you use a insulin syringe. I've also tried the eCig that seems to be the 'favored' brand and I think the draw on PureSmoke exceeds the Joye in excellence by far. I agree that the battery can be a tad frustrating at times, but that's my fault for not charging until it til it runs down. If I charge it nightly it gets me through most days, the days it doesn't I resort to using my spare (the Joye) & hating how the Joye makes my throat feel too. I'm no spring chicken, I'm pushing 60 & had been smoking since my early teen years. Been smelly-smoke free since July 2009, and I used to burn a pack & half a day. I love being able to buy local. I've also converted a friend who was No.7 eCig lover to PureSmoke and he drips directly to the atomizer more often than using the carts. So my point is....please don't be so speedy to knock down an off brand until you try it; because you too might be impressed if you try...

AGree with the previous posters - dont write it off if its working well - tehre are a lot of new products appearing on the market at a rate of knots right now, some are even really decent. Keep it around as a backup - I love my 510 but they can be fussy sometimes and even with a perfect set of kit things can go wrong (murphy's law applies to all gadgets lol)

Well, I guess I sucked the life out of my PureSmoke battery a few weeks back; so I heeded the advice that I read here, and got a 510. Wow---gotta admit when I'm wrong, and I was wrong, there is simply no comparison. I know why the name nJoy preceeds the model number. It's terrific. I so love it.
I will however give due credit to the PureSmoke guys. I emailed them about my battery, the sent me a return authorization and replaced in rather quickly. I'm keeping around as a spare.... It is no longer my favorite.
