I just wanted to give props in general to many of the suppliers represented here on ECF because I've seen a lot of negative threads recently that seemed aimed at getting validation and/or attention as opposed to actually getting a problem solved.
In many industries people are just out to make a dime and that's pretty much as far as it goes but it seems to me that in the E-cig industry the great majority of suppliers are truly dedicated to the industry and their customer base.
I cannot even being to imagine what it is must be like to do business in such a public fashion on a day to day basis in a new industry where there are bound to be problems. Yes, these forums are great to get the word out to new customers and build up a new customer base fairly quickly but it does come with the double-edged sword of having every and any little problem highlighted and sometimes debated TO DEATH.
Since I only got back into vaping 2 months ago I haven't dealt with too many different suppliers so just because I didn't personally mention a certain vendor doesn't mean they don't rock. For example I have heard nothing but the highest praise for cignot . . .
For me personally I would like to highlight:
Steve and the crew at Vapor4Life: Steve is a man obsessed and it wasn't enough for him to just find the best e-cig solution for him - he wanted to find it for everyone. Read his story HERE
V4L has saved my .... (and my lungs) with a last minute overnight order and they throw in freebies most of the time (a carto or two or three here and there or a 5ml bottle of juice) so you can figure out the best flavors for you! And they seem to be mind readers as I didn't order two of my favorites (Kant & Rootbeer Float) they were sent as freebies and I found my loves for NOTHING!
Rob @ Liquidxpress : The man actually calls customers to make sure they are pleased with their orders and when his supplier messed up he made it right. He backs up his product and his product ROCKS. Taboo is one of the best sweet vapes out there and Liquidxpress' Honey Flue Cured (except the bad double honey batch) is TO DIE FOR!
Steve & Casey @ Puresmoker: Never had the switch problems on my Prodigy V2 and Protege like others had but since a fair amount of people did what did Puresmoker do? Oh, just send out free switches for every Protege owner and free switch parts for every Prodigy (both V1 & V2) owners. If it wasn't for puresmoker I may have never found my vaping sweet spot: 5v
Rob @ VaporKings: I LOVE MY GG! Rob ships super fast and is super helpful to all the GG owners and I know that the markup on GGs is VERY SLIM so while people may expect that kind of service based on what they pay for the GG know that Rob doesn't make all that much on them
(And NO Rob didn't not tell me his cost - someone else did).
IkenVape: To be perfectly honest Mr & Mrs. Ikenvape are almost TOO NICE to be in business  they bust their behinds for next to nothing. I remember placing my first order with them like 12 minutes before the PO closed and they got my order out! I didn't even ask them to try and ship same day!
Dawn @ DIYFLAVORSHACK : The woman was ill and laid up and her main concern? She was letting her customers down. This woman is a doll and I cannot wait to get my first shipment from her on Saturday now that she is back.
Plus Dawn offers custom mixes / mix to order as does Ms. T and Tasty Vapor - they're stuff is so good their lives would probably be a lot less stressful if they just mixed it up and sold it as is but no: you want extra cream in your coffee? Extra coconut in your Pina Colada? YOU GOT IT.
Thanks, Guys!!!!!!
So okay: What suppliers do you feel lucky to have found?
