Hey everybody, had to start a new thread because the old one got locked. We got our two DSE901s in the mail today, a pink one and a black one haha I like it so far, kind of a funky taste... we are guessing it's the primer or whatever. The cartridges that came with it are tobacco flavored... I don't like the way they taste so I put a drop of the watermelon on to my atomizer and tried it that way and it was a little better. We let them charge for 3 hours before we got impatient after reading the Li-ion thread on here.... I hope that was enough because the light turned green, we still let it sit for a while on the charger after that before we tried them... I also just wanted to say that E-Smokeytreats was awesome. Phil had our 901's at our house within 72 hours. Considering we are on the east coast and he is on the west, I am very pleased. We will definitely order from there again. The cigs came very nicely packaged too. When I started to type this out I was craving a cig, I took a few puffs off of my 901 and the craving is gone. I hope this continues to work!

Stick with that thought process and it will work! I have ordered juice and things from Phil at esmokeytreats and nothing but good things to say about his delivery times and service. For me, the flavor that comes in the cartidges for the kits is less than desired. It is good that you have bought juice with the order. Good luck and hopefully everything works out for you guys.

Thanks guys, so I hope this is just the cartridge that tastes funky... is it okay to drip a drop on your atomizer with a cartridge in or should you being using an empty mouthpiece?

Congrats!... Yeah sounds like the primer fluid they put on the atomizer before they're shipped shouldn't take to long for it to burn off and things should taste better

Congrats on your switch. Just stick with it. The first day I hated mine, and really was disappointed, however I made myself vape throughout the day, and the next day when I tried, loved it... Haven't touched an analog since... At the time I didn't know about the primer fluid, so chances are that was the problem the first day.

Anyway, as Randall said, they are quite addicting, and now I have 2 4081's, 3 901's, and 3 510's.... lol, but I really haven't touched anything except my 510 lately, just love a manual switch...

Congrats! It is always cool when new equipment arrives.

If you feel it is something you will continue with I would suggest getting a couple of extra batteries and atomizers. At some point you probably will experience some failure of these (it happens to all of us) and there is no better feeling than having planned ahead so your vaping experience is not interrupted.

It won't be long till you're buying unflavored juice and some Lorann's and doing the mad scientist thing.

Oh, and I have to second the motion to buy extra batteries and atomizers. It's a terrible thing when you have to wait 2-3 days for a replacement when you've just killed your last one.

well, it's been about 24 hours, I LOVE IT. I only have watermelon juice.. it's alright, my hubby got red bull and I prefer that one. I hate the flavor of the cartridges so I just washed them out and filled them up with watermelon.. I am still not sure how many drops I can put in, so I just put in about 5 or so and tip it over the sink to see if it spills out..... I have only had one cigarette since I got this one and it tasted horrible so that makes me happy, because it is making it easier for me to stick with the delish e-cig and its PINK.. totally a plus. I need some sparkles for it though lol. I am however terrified that my 2 year old will find a way to the cabinet above the fridge and get my nic juice and drink it... freaks me out so bad.. even though that is totally almost impossible lol.. I need lock and key for it !
oh and my lips are burning a bit-- nic juice?

You can go to YouTube and run a search for DSE901 and I bet you will find a video that will help with your cart filling question.

Maybe you can find a small box that will lock for the safety of the very small and curious, which will in turn ease your mind. Boy, when they start walking, it seems everything has to go under lock-and-key. lol I would think you find something relatively easily. We already had a small fire safe, so that is what I use.

Addictive is an UNDERSTAEMENT. I have 6 901s, 4 801 penstyles, 4 e-cigars, a VX2, a m201 penstyle I just got yesterday (review soon!), a 601 pipe on the way, and probably a Prodigy after I see some user reviews.

big lots, if you have one near you, or Wal-Mart sells a metal "cash box" that comes with 2 keys. It has a divider in it that's perfect for filled and empty cartridges and you can put the juice bottles in the dollar compartment in the back. Or just remove the divider and throw your own containers in.
I think I paid about $12 for mine (used for business, not vaping stuff)
