I don't know if many of you know this or not but there is a UNITED STATES and then there is a United States of America. the first is a de facto (fake) government and the other is the de jure (real) government.
In the de facto government the federal government owns the states and tells the states what it can and can't do. In the de jure the states make the laws, owns the federal and tells the federal what it can and can't do.
until now there really hasn't been a de jure government on account of the fact there were no sovereigns. the states can't be sovereign unless it has sovereign citizens as the state is defined as a body politic.
Anyway back in 1994 i think it was a bunch of sovereigns got together in colorado and elected a governor for the real republic. the governor went to the state building to be sworn in and there was a crowd of people there with some but not a lot of press. the de facto governor came out and was asking what was going on and the guy told him well i've been elected the governor and i'm being sworn in. the de facto governor said your crazy get off the property and they left but not before being sworn in.
The de facto governor then called the NSA and told them about this guy and said he was a threat to national security. the real governor was called to the NSAs office and was questioned and he told them about the sovereigns and the elections and how he became the governor and the NSA agreed with his side. they told the de facto governor they agreed with the other guy and then he called the pentigon and told them he was a threat to national security. so he was questioned again by the generals at the pentigon. The generals there know about how the UNITED STATES is just a corporation and not really The United States of America and they too sided with this guy but went a step further. they said if you go to the other 47 states (alaska and hawaii didn't count as they have different contracts with the UNITED STATES) and can get people to elect governors there and congress members and then get all of them together to elect a president, we (the generals) will go in the white house and remove the imposter.
Well its been a few years but the sovereigns all got together around 25 million people and elected a president. so WE NOW HAVE A REAL REPUBLIC.
