Ordered some juice from Mt Baker vapor last week, checked the tracking this morning and saw that it was out for delivery. We got about 30 inches of snow this weekend so I blew a trail toward the mailbox and found that the mailbox had been knocked down by the county plow. So no juice today, have to wait until tomorrow. Finally got the driveway done about 2:00pm this afternoon. I got my fresh air and exercise today.

In the South it's been hot, it's been cold, and it's been lukewarm for the last month. No snow, but heavy tropical rain with flood warnings in low lying areas.

Through that the post office and UPS have delivered several packages on time. I love the looks of snow, but I'm glad to live where I do. The snow you northern guys get has to be a pain at times. The south has gnats, mosquitoes, and jellowjackets, but snow is a bright spot in our GA winters. We get a few inches and it's gone in a day or two. My generator gas gets so old that I have to run it out after an outage or take a chance on tank moisture sabotaging it. Stabil has done the job, though.

I think I'd be considering "hold for pickup" at the Post Office during your winters. At least you'd know where it is even if you have to pick it up.
