+1 .....really need some juice man. Not lucky enough to catch the few 20 minute test windows. I'm down to vaping old juice I have sitting around.

In the same boat here. Got the credit card ready and keep checking the site but nothing yet. Site looks great btw.

I have tried a few other vendors in the last couple of months but man do I ever miss BB and GJ, nothing compares. Pluid is the only other juice I can ADV and I cannot appear to source any of that either.

We should have the verification set to every 12 hours soon. That should keep it from being "spammy" while ensuring age checks daily.

We are aiming to be finished and open by the end of the week. As we finish we will get as many changes added to the website as we can based off of your feedback from the past few days. Over the past few days we've simplified the product pages to help with ordering, completed the "About Us", "Contact Us", and "Why E-Juice?" pages. We've corrected some minor graphics display issues and run tests on the website over multiple browsers and browser versions.

We still have a little ways to go. Mainly, a few more test scenario orders need to be run, as well as, shipping rate charges and handling. (Automating some portions of the shipping process). Some minor fixes that are larger than they sound need to be addressed as well. Such as, adding a "Wish List" or "Add to Cart" button for when we are offline. This change will be larger than expected and will require some additional skills from our development team but it should be completed shortly.

As you can imagine, none of this will take much longer to complete and it should give you an idea of how close we are to completion. It's quite hard even for me to contain my excitement at that prospect, but I want to get there with some prudence and pragmatism so I'm containing my happiness for awhile until we've put the website through the paces a bit more.

Please drop by over the next few days as we move towards completion!

what about international orders?

+1

Last night when the site was up, I checked the Shipping page and didn't see any information about international orders. But i'm going to stay positive and hope that the international orders will be processed alongwith the local orders when the eStore opens doors :)

Yep wishlist is there!

Ben,

Will the store open soon?

It's 4:49am Saturday and I'm running through the invoicing process and matching the website functions to the real-life operations of the store. So far, so good. If I have my druthers the website will be taking orders for a bit this afternoon/night.

I'm working on opening up but I don't want to do it until I'm a bit more familiar with the new admin area.

We will make the hardware a bit easier to browse in the following days as well as add in some much needed automation. There's a bit left to be done but it is all on the backend and shouldn't interfere with ordering.

Short answer, by tonight if I have my way.

EDIT: We will likely open at odd hours Saturday and Sunday with normal operating hours coming back Monday. Normal operations are 8am PST to open and we close once order capacity is reached. As we finish up the automation projects and website polish we hope to extend our opening time to 24/7. In the interim we will keep the website in catalog mode while we are closed. This will allow you to create a wish list that can be easily made into an order and processed once we are open.

For now international shipping is still not implemented. This is our primary focus as we move through this week. We should have a minimal USPS shipping selection soon (instead of our flat rate options) and hopefully a UPS option as well, however the UPS integration is still being held-up by some paper work hurdles so this may take extra time.

Opened up for a bit and saw our order confirmation page isn't landing. Orders are getting through but the "success" page isn't appearing when it should. This might take awhile to get fixed as it is the weekend. I'll be troubleshooting this tonight. Hopefully, we can have it fixed soon.

Hi all. I am a long time AV customer. I just went to the AV site and was able to place an order from my saved shopping cart. I believe the order went through because I have received a confirmation email. However, as Ben noted above I was unable to load a "success" page. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping my order went through.

I would like to make a small comment here. As stated above, I am a long time customer of AV. IMHO AV makes the best tobacco juices available. They are my tobacco juice vendor, period. Their juices were instrumental in helping me get off cigarettes and I am grateful to them for that .

I have been frustrated just like everybody else with the recent problems in ordering from them. However, they are small business providing a product. They have had a lot of problems lately and have been struggling. I have also run a small family business and I know how difficult that can be. From what I can see they they have been trying as hard as they can to being able to provide their customers with the ability to buy their juices.

Here is the thing though. I don't believe that they have some sort of obligation to provide me with ejuice. The level of entitlement that has been reflected in some of their customer's comments on this forum and other public forums (Reddit, for example) has really taken me aback. I have been frustrated that I can't vape their 555 and BB (my favorite juices by AV) as much as I was able to in the past. However, I am also grateful that they made these juices in the first place and found a way to offer them to the vaping public. They are a business and they make money on their products. If they cannot find a way to get their products to the market, they don't make money. It is just that simple. I don't believe that they have some sort of duty to provide the vaping public with their products.

I sincerely hope that their problems are behind them and that I will be vaping AV BB and 555 for years in the future. If not, well, I wish Ben and his family success in the future. I will miss their products and be glad I had a chance to enjoy them for the time I did.

Anyway, I just wanted to get that off my chest. I will remain hopefull that I will have some AV vape mail in my mailbox very soon.
