Due to a communication error between our payment processor and our website many customers who paid for purchases on the 16th and 17th did not generate an invoice on our site (after payment). We have the invoice numbers of those effected but no actual invoice stored in the database. Because of this error quite a few customers from the 16th and 17th will be issued refunds over the next day.

We will compile and list all of the invoice numbers effected and post them on our front page later today. Many refunds have already been issued and the remainder will be automatic. We have no order information (address, items, etc.) so we cannot fulfill these payments. Any customers who processed multiple transactions (clicked through multiple times) will be refunded for each transaction. Any orders not listed should process normally.

The error is a result of heavy traffic and a resulting communication error. Until we can correct this issue and ensure payments will process smoothly under heavy traffic we will be keeping Alien Visions E-Juice offline. We will update the front page with more information on the length of closure after we assess the difficulty of the issue.

I was wondering, how silly do you guys look going up to the post office with hundreds of packages, daily? :D

I imagine you guys using a Red Flyer wagon to haul in all of the orders, lol.

...........Making diesel truck and air brake noises all the while.....

Any idea when Avejuice will be back up? I am out of ALL JUICE! I've placed all my bottles upside down to get the last final drips out. I am desperate here!

Wookies, or whatever...please open the store and offer some Boba...I didn't go over two years without an analog just to grab a carton of analogs because of some technical errors my friends! :p

think I would have to find a new vendor. I wouldn't smoke a stinky over it, tho. Just find another juice supplier and run with it. You never know if you will find something you like better.

Their website says they'll be down for a couple weeks. I still can't believe all the people defending ave. this is bad business no matter how you look at it. Ben, you could at least give some hints as to what's in it so we can at least diy something close. There's people out there now on the verge of some pretty good clones anyway. I'm not saying put yourself out of business; there's always going to be people lined up to buy your juice even if the secret is out.

Yes, this is a little surprising as well. I was one of the customers who's CC information was compromised, never got a reply from the team at AVE to both of my comments.

I do love this juice - but a contingency plan should always be put into place when these things happen. I really want to try (and probably still will buy) this juice - but only if I feel safe that info wont be compromised in the future.

Quick Edit: No disrespect at AVE at all - it is a superior product. Frustration on the consumer end is probably the best way to summarize how I feel.

Thanks. However, over the years I tried tons of vendors and tons of flavors, as well as doing my own DIY. Nothing can match Boba's, and that's known throughout the community. Anyways, I'll wait till they re-open, but in the mean time grab me some Vermillion River juice...their Kentucky premium blend at least gives me a strong throat hit and nose tingle, like Boba. It will get me by in this time of need.

Jshill520, AVEJUICE will never give a recipe up, especially for Boba. There's nothing out there that even slightly resembles Boba.
