Last time I ordered, the time to get it in was 11AM to 3PM EST depending on how quickly capacity was reached. So basically clicking began at 11:01am for me

Back in April, the last 2 days the site opened, it opened for about 25 minutes one day....the day everything went haywire and so many refunds got issued....the next day it was open 10 minutes.....
Jump ahead to last week....it was open for what, almost an hour? But you couldn't order any Boba's or GJ as it was quickly depleted and out of stock....site was getting hammered and lots of problems. A few folks actually did get orders in and have begun to receive their shipments. I only managed to get registered and my account setup with shipping info....so if they ever do open again all I have to do is login, drop Boba's in my cart and checkout.
Will they open again? I'm sure they will sometime....who knows when. If Ben announces it in advance there wil be a mad rush, the site will get hammered, transactions will fail....people will be charged but wonder if their order actually made it....all in about a 15 minute span, before they close shop and tell us why it didn't work.
Ben's in a tough spot....he's got a great product that many desire.....if he could leave the shop open 24/7/365 and had capacity to meet demand, he'd be raking in the $$$$$. He's kinda screwed right now though because he doesn't have a site able to handle to demand, or capacity to fulfill orders. Therein lies the problem, and he's working on it. (we hope)
This is a wheel that's been invented already, of course.
Hosted eCommerce Website Software from Amazon is just one of many solutions.
I sympathize with Ben's situation, and don't want to add to the chorus of negativity aside from agreeing that's it's obviously pretty frustrating from a customer point of view.
All anyone wants right now is a response from AVE. Something on the page that says closed until further notice. How many people are moving schedules around so they can be near a computer at 8am?

I stopped doing that after they finished out the rest of last week without opening or giving any updates. Boba's is good, but I can live without it and still not go back to analogs. There are other flavors out there...
I was in a meeting at work this morning at 11 a.m. EST. I couldn't stop thinking that AVE might have opened and that I'd missed the Boba boat.
Thats what Im referring to. How hard is it to come on here or facebook and say. Sorry guys we are still closed. That took what 3 damn seconds...

Once they get everything straight they should be able to stay open indefinitely. Of course that would've been the expectation after last Monday...

I think the whole idea is that they are trying to make it so that it is NOT a hassle to order going forward. As a Boba's and Gorilla Juice addict I hope that is the case.
If you believe it's going to be just as difficult to get in the future, then don't even open the bottle, sell it on the classifieds, and forget it even exists

I have always liked it right out of the mail. No steeping required for me.
But you may want to make it last for awhile....tough call.
Now you can become a Boba Zombie like the rest of us.
Steeping? What is this steeping you speak of? Ohh, is that the thing ya do with bad juice inorder to make it good juice? Yeah, you dont have to worry 'bout steeping with AVE stuff. Post office does all my steeping for me when they deliver it.

Great vapor, and a definitely unique personality. The flavor has a hint of something I JUST CANNOT PLACE - but it's there someplace in my brain...
I'm not instantly in love with it - but will presume that it's like scotch (the best stuff DEFINITELY grows on you as your palate learns it) - and will fill a clearo weekly

I know what you mean, it's a sweetness on the tip of your tongue, even the exhale is nice, sorta like a gram cracker.
