Well, I see a problem in Google Chrome in both Windows and Mac. The Safari Browser didn't show a problem. So at the very least, the vendor may want to inquire with Google tech support and/or their website hosting company.

thats weird. its 100% fine on all web browsers for me, using mac/windows and linux. maybe something needs to be updated on your browser?

The warning only appears in Google Chrome, but I am using the latest version (Chrome auto-updates, but I checked just to make sure). I have one computer that dual-boots to windows xp and mac, and a 2nd computer that only boots windows 7. Google Chrome shows a broken certificate in all 3 situations. Neither Explorer in Windows nor Safari in Mac show any problem.

Sinlak, you have to select an item (i selected the sampler pack), then select the strength and add to cart. After adding to cart, you go to a new page where you have to click on "Go to Checkout", which takes you to "one-page-checkout.asp", and that is the page showing the broken certificate in Chrome.

It's either a google problem, or it's a google feature. Maybe Chrome doesn't like the javascript Volusion Chat link that shows in the left frame at checkout. just a guess.
