I got to deal with a cell phone company later.
I am trying to find the rules for this 1 am seeing number anywhere from 1-5 on this, could someone explain what they mean and how I enter

thats true JJ, there is a language gap when speaking to a lot of companies customer service outsourced call centers. it can be quite frustrating. if you are needing anything changes or modified that may require a manage, ask for one immediately to save you the time and have to repeat yourself

who wants to get up?
as i became more adjusted to the alarm on my phone i started sleeping thru it. i changed it to some super annoying wake up tune and bought a real alarm clock and placed it on the other side to the bedroom forcing me to get out of bed to turn it off. i hate waking up, but hate accidentally missing work even more.
