Most people will go to the 1/16" bit to drill out a better air hole. More air makes more vapor and flavor.

4. 6/27 - I've drilled out all my rebuildable's air holes to 1/16. Almost all of them are 1mm stock, 1/16" is just a hair over 1.5mm.

Drilling a second 1mm hole instead of enlarging the single hole is really tricky, since most of the caps are stainless steel.

I miss having a drill press...

5. 6/27 - Goodmorningnight folks!

I had my first good luck with sub ohm today. I've made a few before but apparently I wasn't doing it right.

0.8 ohms, what a game changer. I wouldn't do this with certain rda's though, and it's a waste on VV/VW mods.

The copper mod is still going strong.

What i do is drill out the first one and go straight through to the other side using the first hole as a guide..... Just saying...

Thanks for the tip Natey, I'll try that on a dual coil sometime, I'll need another RDA to do that. Everything I have is already drilled out, 1/16" is working perfectly, for me. I still miss having a drill press, it would make mod building much easier.
