1) Out of curiosity, do any of you change up your e-liquid ordering habits in the summer? I was specifically thinking of the people that get 90F+ temperatures in high humidity. Sealed glass bottles should be fine, but I wonder about the thin plastic bottles that some vendors use. I order wine online from Woot; those guys raise their shipping prices in the summer to keep the wine temperature controlled.

I would think that the heat the juice is exposed to during shipping can only help steeping. There are limits, of course.
Many hours at 120 degrees might not be good.

You order your wine, ima check out that site. i usually only drink the cheap stuff; i have a penchant for Riesling :)
i think the plastic at high temps might seep into the juice. i left a bottle in my car for a week or so and tasted mute and chemically afterwards. prob got over 120 in the car, maybe more ..

Ouch.

After today's softball game, I go to hoist the equipment bag over my shoulder as I always do when I heard a snapping kinda pop noise come from my back. Immediately followed by immense stabbing pain from what felt like behind my lung. I promptly dropped the bag and crumpled to my knees.

3 hours later and it is still a very sharp stabbing pain. Can't even catch a full breath. Thinking about the ER. if not, most certainly a call to the doctor in the morning.

Ouch.

How y'all doin'?

Some are illegal here too but people just make a trip out of state.

We are only allowed to have the fountains in our State which are cute, but that doesn't stop me, not that I'm saying i went up to New Hampshire a couple of times or anything to get the good stuff, i wouldnt do that.... :glare: Or did i.... ???? Hehehehe I love the signs on 91 North and South bound in Mass, saying transporting illegal fireworks is agenst the law.... Gee i had no idea.... I should be more carful about that..

Take a very warm bath to relax the muscles, and take some Advil to reduce the swelling. Try to get to bed earlier and with a heating pad if you have it so you do not get too stiff overnight.

2) I want to punch HSBC in the face. Last month, my seldom used business account was brought to a negative balance because of multiple charges at a CVS in Atlanta. Never mind that I haven't been to Atlanta since 1998 and the person charged thousands of dollars at a drug store. While the fraudulent charges are being investigated, HSBC decides to add a $70 fee for my account having a negative balance for part of June. I spent 40 minutes on hold to discuss the stupid fee.

I hope it's nothing major, Boardo! But even a stupid pinched nerve is going to lay you up and in pain for awhile... shedding a tear for you here :'(

RPAD - They just hit me and my bank reversed all charges. They hit me out of Utah first with a credit and then charge to query my account and then 10k-15k was blocked out of Florida.

Heading to work, you guys sleep well and I'll be back once midnight rolls around. Much <3 out to Boardo and his messed up back...

That sucks Rpad, most will waive this though and the fee

3) They put in a request to refund the fee. Hopefully that's the end of it. I'm still annoyed that it took 40 minutes of hold time.

Yeah, that's the thing I don't get. HSBC didn't find it suspicious that someone went on a several-thousand dollar spending spree at CVS? That's terrible about the 10k-15k charges. Hopefully that's all sorted out for you now.

Thanks for reading my rant, both of you!

Awfully nice of suppliers to do this. Just discovering what's out there. I feel like an idiot though, I totally don't understand the number system!
