Great idea, GeorgiaMntGirl! Except the cheesecake I bought for work expires a week before I am supposed to take it LOL It was FROZEN so I didn't even check the due date! I wouldn't have known if Tommy hadn't mentioned it as he walked by with it on a plate >.< 'That's for work!' 'Nah, it can't be for work, you said that was on the 9th...' 'Huh?' 'This expires in 4 days' Carry on then... I'll grab another one at the end of the week for work :/

I always keep a can of apple pie filling and a can of cherry pie filling in the cupboard as well as crushed pineapple. Never know when you'll need them.

Cheesecake sounds wonderful. I put cherry pie filling on top to decorate

Pie filling is EXACTLY what I need to grab and keep stocked! Mix in any cake mix for a great cake or bread dough for fruit cinnamon rolls =] Thanks for the help, GeorgiaMntGirl! The cheesecake was one of those with different flavored slices... strawberry, choco-caramel-pecan, almond, and a plain... looks like Tommy had the choco-caramel-pecan and strawberry LOL It'll hold him for a couple of days at least... This guy :/ he eats like a lunatic, big meals - meat, potatoes, veggies, bread, gravy or sauce, lots of sweets - candy, cakes, yogurt, ice cream after a meal and he also wakes up in the night to snack every night, coke instead of coffee, and he is always thin... he burns it off. I eat a single glazed donut and I gain 5 stinkin pounds... lazy cuss =] Forget about it...

Anybody have plans this weekend? I'm bringing some juice up to a buddy who's taking summer classes back at school. How one man goes through so much menthol I have no idea.

I think Uncle is a big Menthol user as well, or he is SEARCHING for the perfect Menthol LOL I forget I like Menthol because is can be really clean and refreshing if it is a good juice. I use Cinnamon when I am in a funk, but I have lots of different Menthols as well.

Personally I'm not a big fan so I don't mind giving him most of my menthols. Some I can appreciate and it does accent some juices well but I'll take a fruit flavor or a nice butterscotch over menthol any day.

Congrats on the win Levisdaddy!! I've been relatively productive today, in that I went biking and cooked lunch. Did 15 miles, so not a lot. Hubs said he thinks I would enjoy road biking for longer distances, and I think he might be right. I can easily get to 18mph where we bike now, but there are so many road crossings I can't ever maintain speed...

After biking we bought a cold watermelon from the store where we park and proceeded to eat the whole thing in the parking lot. So. Flippin'. Good. Ice cold and juicy and chock full of potassium. Came home and whipped up bacon tomato sandwiches for lunch, and now I'm doing my impression of a slug (as in, I'm laying around not doing anything).

I'm not a fan of menthol either. I have a few juices I like with just a hint of coolness to them.

15 miles, Tina... Girl... you an Amazon. I walk 2 miles around my neighborhood over several hours and I have to slather muscle rub on my legs or be awake and in pain all night Bacon and tomato sandwiches sound good =] I cooked all of this smoked meat and veggies, BBQd pork and a really great pork and beans and I ate.... WATERMELON for my dinner LOL Coffee for breakfast, watermelon, and now peppermint tea... if I ate regularly I'd probably lose weight

I'm not a fan of menthol either. I have a few juices I like with just a hint of coolness to them.

Right there with you, buddy. I do have a mojito juice that's got some menthol in it and it's very refreshing especially when I'm vaping higher wattage, it helps balance out a warm vape.

#1 Congrats to LD!!!!! He seems to have the luck of the Irish with these ECF contests.
It is soooo HOT and HUMID here in Tucson. The entire month of June we have hit at least 100 degrees. Today we have some cloud cover. Looks like monsoons might be headed our way. I love the summer rain, but the humid heat that builds up before the storm makes me want to curl up in my freezer and die.
