Ah - Another Discussion About . . .
COFFEE and what "We" drink during the day . . .
COFFEE Is Just One of "My" Favorite Drinks . . .
Started drinking
COFFEE when I was a young teen (12-13 yo) - Very light w/Milk and at least 6 sugars - cost about $.50 - $.75 a cup and all you want refills that were free . . .
Until I was 20 - then it became every and every type of coffee possible, including the Cinnamon rage of the 70's-80's; Capachinos; Cafe con Leche. & Cafe Negro (Cuban Coffee). . . Then it became also a minimum of 4 pots during the day at work with just Milk (and Stop Using Sugar - really dislike any sugar/sweetners in hot coffee now) and even a few more cups/mugs of
COFFEE if I went out for dinner or to socialize with friends (other then going to a bar/dance club) . . .
(Also Drank about 2 - 2 litter bottles of Pepsi a day too
)
At around 50 to now - it has become about a half a pot
COFFEE with a little Milk in the morning and maybe a couple of
Ice COFFEE during the day . . .

AND - Then move on to a Half a Gallon of "Arizona Arnold Palmer Half & Half Iced Tea & Lemonade" - but must be
Zero . . .

and maybe another 6 Bottles of Water . . .
With an occasional can of soda (Pepsi/Coke)

every now and then too when I want to cheat . . .
Can Anyone Say -
"HYDRATE"
Guess that is why I have to take all these "Water Pills" now too . . .
