I had no idea dragonflies killed queen ants. Right now we have a bees nest between our siding and the foundation of our house. I have tried spays and foam and they are still there. I am afraid I may have to call an exterminator.

3: Call a bee keeper, and see if they will come to harvest the bees. They may do it for free.

Particularly since - IMO - This Contest thread has become something special for all of "Us" - A community of sorts to share with "Ray" our appreciation (and not just his products, but him) and also to socilize with and learn from each other too . . .

I'm actually gonna be a little busy later today, first is the Local Vape Meet for about a half hour, then the Bereavement Support Group I facilitate for 3 hours, and finally Dinner with Friends . . .

Problrm is the hive is between the siding and the house..so we would have to tear off the siding.Going to see if we still have Diazanon still in the garage..apparently it is a chemical that is now banned.
I appreciate the difficulty of the location of the hive, but with bee populations dropping rapidly a bee keeper may gladly come and remove the siding to harvest them. Might not hurt to just give them a call and find out.
