It's a matter of taking pride in your work and learning more than just your job. If it takes 2-3 people to replace you, then you are a commodity. It also helps to be honest and humble (sometimes) - at other times, that just gets your .... kicked to the curb.

It's been rough vaping the last several days...
No matter how large I punch my cartos, they're all running dry...
Out of all my go-to juices...
No matter how hot I burn my mesh, it still makes my juice taste rusty...

My only IMRs are pannies, and I can't use them in my chi...(I'm using a crap-fire for sake)
I've got tons of toys and nothing is tasting good...at all...

Not trying to be a smart a.., but are the carto's new? Is the juice VG heavy? Can you view the wick and coil and see if anything is burnt? Interesting.

#3 LD, I can meet you sooner than Thursday if you want. I work fairly late on wednesday and thursday, so it might be better if we met sooner. Its your call. You have my number. And we can discuss Breaking Bad all you like.
Schnarph, I don't know if netflix has last season out yet, but there are lots of on-line sites that do. I did a Breaking Bad marathon of the entire series before this last season started (the first 8 episodes that aired last year).

i think wed or thurs will be best. im off at 5 both days which makes it easier. maybe i can swing by the Italian joint for a few on my way home?

#5 Whatever works for you. I don't get to work until 5;30 on Thursday, just fyi. As far as your wife is concerned, I don't think she would want to work for my boss. He's...... lets say difficult. But we're always taking applications if she wants to fill one out.

On another note, I decided to start experimenting with cotton wicks. So far, I haven't had any RBA fires. I got 200 yards of cotton crocheting yarn from the craft store for $3. I'm thinking this is going to save me a ton of money, once I get a spool of kanthal. These vendors are really making a killing off of RBA supplies. Its kind of outrageous.

50/50 mix
New cartos w/ roughly 1/8" holes on both sides...(larger than I've been Able to use before w/o leaking) and allowed to saturate fully before firing.
New/cleaned &checked pt heads
Mesh allowed to glow for 2-3 min between rinses...

I'm just a frustrated vaper tonight...(and the last 3, too)

I'm OK dripping with my new coil on my igo-w, but that's about it right now...

I'm currently boiling everything except my Igo and cartos
I've got a new PT2 and Mini2 to last me a few days til my new juice supply comes in.

It's the dry cartos that really have me stymied.
I only went from 40-50% vg so a slightly larger hole should be plenty.
The only thing I can think of is that i got a box of cartos that are over-stuffed...

4- OK guys, got my first pure glider, one without a motor a few days ago. Did some hand launches and today did some high starts, sort of a rubber band and string type set up for something this small.

NICE - Looks like a straight forward Glider - or were you controling it at all . . .
