4. 9/13- It's interesting how humble, modest vape supply vendors with a very small staff are the best at communication and pleasing the customer, while the larger companies make it clear that they don't care. It should be no surprise that a large company doesn't care about it's customers, but vaping hasn't been around very long at all... how did these guys grow such big cajones so fast? How did they grow their company acting like jerks?

I had 3 simultaneous tickets with vendors this past week, only the largest, richest company fell flat. They say over and over again that they're the best vendor. Over-inflated ego selling overpriced Egos.
