I worked 12hrs and nothing much else. I took a vacation day today because it was her mom's 80th birthday party so we had a very nice day today! Thanks for asking.

Good dinner tonight. Had my mother over to see the boys. I cooked chicken thighs slow on the grill(1.25hrs indirect heat) marinaded in honey, lemon, thyme, ancho, brown sugar and cinnamon. Served with roasted-garlic toast and broccolini in garlic and lemon. No starch but the bread...
She's my best food critic and I've been given the green light to use this recipe for entertaining...

Meet a friend to do some very needed shopping to get his husband a Birthday gift for tomorrow . . . then Dinner and back to ECF to post here and help another ECF Friend out for FOOTBALL Season . . .
