When it was unpolished plumbing tubes, it tarnished fast. After one good polish, it has barely tarnished at all. Next time I bother to polish it I'm going to hit it with a little car wax, that should keep it in great condition for much longer. I have silly thoughts of silver plating it, maybe the next one. An experiment is in order.
Edit: It blackened my fingers before the polish, it hasn't done it since. And I haven't even waxed it yet...

I just don't see the point of the whole vet status symbol is all but seriously don't mind me I just yap and yap and eventually something I say gets a like but mostly ignored
Can anyone tell me the major differences between the MKB-TS and the EHPro EA clone, besides the MKB semi-hybrid with an Ithaka/Oddy or their clones? The two mods look awfully similar.
The MKB-TS is a near perfect GGTS Rev2 clone, for better or worse... (no gg graphics, though)
The EHpro has a brass pin not a bottom spring and a long top-post. The switch has a screw inside not a clip, it's SS not aluminum and has no air-flow control.

I understood the GGTS clone part, but the bottom spring escaped me. I've seen it broken down, but didn't know where the spring went. There's a spring in the Natural, but it only holds the bottom post up, it doesn't touch the battery. Anyways, thanks! (they "look" so much alike)
I guess the main advantage would be the MKB can go without the top cap when using an Ithaka/Oddy. Can the EHPro EA do that too?

From what I understand, you need the GG collector tank, which fits the MKB for the Oddy and Ithaca to fit "natively"...
I'm going to doubt that the EHpro was designed with this intention. The top-cap has identical threading to it's extension tubes.
