I have been vaping 100% VG for months with no issues. I just started taking that down to 90% VG a couple of weeks ago with no noticeable difference. YMMV doesn't come close to describing this situation.

The heavy lung feeling might have something to do with how much you vape in a day. Maybe it's the VG or possibly something else. Best stay on the safe side and stop doing whatever it was that coincided with the lung problems.

This reminds me of a bad one liner (paraphrased): I told my doctor "it hurts when I do this", and he said "don't do that"

I don't know about that Schnarph, I only go through 3ml a day. I don't think that's a lot. I know people that go through that much in an hour. I've noticed a weird feeling in my lungs too since I went to 60vg/40pg.

Vape-acne?
Yeah at first I thought it was too much PG.. Having read how people have issues and my throat being irritated everyday I switched to 100vg for a while. The acne blowup has sort of died down also but at the same time the acne could have been the dog.. I've been vaping hardcore about the same time as I adopted her.. She's a dirty dog and I get rough with her on the floor or outside in the grass.. Could be anything.
I never really kept a log of how I was feeling so nothing is scientific..
I do know in the past few months I've been vaping a higher PG here and there as a test and I've felt fine..

and yeah my lungs sometimes I still have a bunch of phlegm...
My apartment or the backyard or the businesses around us has caused me to have a ton of allergies in the past couple months.. When I go out and down the block to my girls moms house I'm fine but within a few minutes of being home I'm sneezing.. Packing up the apartment for moving isn't helping any. Right now I'm dropping down to 6mg so maybe I'm also vaping more somedays.. I go back and forth between 6 and 12 depending on my mood and it's been actually successful so far.. High hopes to get to 3mg which is my only goal in vaping in the next year.

My personal vapes are 20PG/80VG and zero nic. I vape constantly but probably only 3mls or 4 mls a day. I can't compare how my lungs feel now to when I was smoking a pack or more a day of Menthol cigarettes.

Same here, I can vape all day and still feel better than when I smoked menthols

3. 9/17- Good morning folks. There was coffee and it was good.

If you needed another reason to dislike NatGeo or think that they're "cool", here you go. Are E-Cigarettes a Boon or a Menace?
It's not completely one sided, but for the most part I don't like it. It's rather negative while not quoting the most blatant ANTZ lies. The only part of this "report" I agreed with is the need for more studies. I would keep vaping no matter what, I feel better and I'll be down to very low or no nicotine e-liquid soon enough. Judge for yourself, or not. It's a short read.

On this day in 2012, I purchased my very first starter kit from Cheap Tobacco in North Olmsted Ohio.

It was a No.7's kit. Came with two stick batteries, a charger and 6 prefilled cartomizers. I purchased an additional 4 prefilled cartos and a bottle of 21st Vaping's Vegas juice.

Today, I am going back and forth between The Natural, with a Niumbus and Rob's Black Jack, The Drawtube with a Nimbus and Mom and Pop's Butterfly Bait, a Vamo with a 2 ohm AGA-T with Mom and Pop's Honey Tobacco, The Magneto with a 1 ohm AGA-T with Hope E-Liquids Keys Please and a 650 Ego Twist with a VVV Carto tank filled with DIY Peppermint.

You've come a long way baby.

Though there is still a full month before I can claim a year smoke free.

2 Days to Veteran Status! For what little that's worth.

Not sure why I bring 5 mods to work?
