AND - While I do appreciate them - I find it more important to try and help out when I hear of these kind of situations, since I have been through a number of them both personally and professionally . . . The worse part though is having to look at both sides when it comes to these kind of issues . . . It is very difficult to do so when you're or have been personally involved in these type of situations too . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

#3.... I think.... Very good advice, Uncle, and right along the lines of what I was intending to suggest. Its usually better to try and come to terms about such situations with the other person before you get people like landlords involved. It ends far more amicably and is far less complicated, generally speaking.
