When I first began vaping I gained 10 lbs. Within a few months, because my lung capacity had improved, I found myself getting actively involved again in the sports I once loved. I am now at a perfect weight but, more importantly, am far more conscious of my health and am able to do something about it. Vaping, for me, has gone far beyond quitting analogs and has truly given me a new outlook on life and the activities I choose to do. Go to the store...much prefer to walk...elderly neighbor can't walk the dog, I'm more than happy to oblige. My advice to anyone wishing to lose weight/ exercise is to find something you truly enjoy doing...exercise, like vaping, should be enjoyable and something we look forward to.

I quit smoking cold turkey for 12 months about 10 years ago and gained 10kgs. It was really distressing as I was somewhat overweight to begin with and the extra 10kgs had sent me in to "obese" territory. I remember I ate a lot of sweets to deal with cravings so that was a large part of the problem.

Now I have been vaping for 9 months and my weight has remained unchanged. By vaping lots of sweet flavours I find I am wanting to cut back on sugar from other sources e.g. I now drink tea with no sugar. So if you have a sweet tooth I recommend plenty of sweet juices and the cravings for sugar will subside.

Been vaping for a little over three months, and no weight gain so far.

And Joelle, I totally understand the waffles thing. A local shop makes a pizza flavored juice, and all the people I had talked to said it tasted like those torino pizza snacks. I know if I had that juice I would crave those pizza snacks lol :D

Yes, I´ve gained a lot of weight, but it actually started 3 months ago when I decided to lower my nic levels. I have 12 kilograms of overweight. I been vaping for practically 6 months, during the first 3 months my weight remain the same. Perhaps I lowered my nic levels to quickly because since then I been eating kind of compulsively. I went from 36 mg to mostly zero. But on the other hand right now I can walk for 3 hours steady without any fatigue, while 6 months ago a could only do it for 20 minutes.
