Can't say for anyone else, but I've found vaping stuff like Fire and Ice tends to make food far less appealing. And since I went from 3-4 cans of soda a day to 0-1, it's sure saved on the calories.

I don't have a scale, but my clothes are far looser. YMMV but I think it can work, depending on the flavors you choose. Regular flavors, that might go with food, don't seem to work as well for me. It's like the trick of brushing your teeth when you feel hungry. The minty freshness makes food less appealing.

For me, vaping sweet makes me hungry lol

Lol, didn't think of that [emoji87]. I'm a newb (obviously) and I've noticed that I don't snack as often cause I'm vaping pretty much all day long. Was just a curious thought that popped into my mind :)

Yeah Ive dropped a few pounds myself I always vape something sweet, Banana cream pie being my favorite, butter rum, coconut cream, and Im still looking for more yummies lol. I drink more water now obviously and have cut down on soda. Ive got more energy since Im no longer smoking so Ive become more active. In the past 2 months Ive knocked off 10 pounds without trying its great.

1 thing at a time :) Quitting the cig's is most important imop. They are just death in paper. Getting a different diet to lose wieght is something you can do on the side while you get rid of those dam addicting cig's, that will in the end, kill you faster than your diet. YMMV.

Best way to get fit is a strict diet and ball busting exercise, no exceptions.

For me vaping has allowed my training to get to the next level. I can run further, faster, and longer. Quitting smoking has allowed me to do something I've always wanted - increase my personal fitness level. It is kind of like a domino effect for me. Hey I don't smoke now. I can exercise now. I can eat better now. I feel better now. Im happier now. Im more motivated, I can work harder now. I can earn more money now. I can be more successful now. And so on. Sorry for all the "nows".

Goodluck!

It definitely helps me a lot to play with my palate constantly. I stopped eating candy and craving lots of sweets thanks to vaping. I usually go for sweet flavors. makes me wonder if the roasted chicken e liquid flavor will curb my craving for chicken too, lol

Roast Chicken - eLiquid Flavor - ECBlend

I have seen the bacon and tried it in a local B&M never seen the roasted chicken and roast beef before. It also says it can come with Menthol????????????????

I'll trow in on this... I vape fruits, and I have cut way back on junk food (I'm an addict, luckily fast metabolism because age hasn't caught me quite yet... it's trying lol) I still drink entirely too much soda, but when I want a sweet snack, it's usually fruit. I think it's because I'm vaping fruit all day so fruit just sounds good. Kind of like thinking about fried chicken makes you want some. Haven't lost weight, but haven't gained like I did last time I quit smoking.

I lost almost 40 pounds this year, Like others though, I drink much more water, stopped drinking so much soda, maybe one a day, every other time I quit smoking, tried with patches, and cold turkey, I gained much more, also like others have said, I have more energy to work it off with out getting winded, and my taste has returned so I can enjoy the food I eat more. I do think Vaping has a effect for helping hunger pangs imo.
