Weird 510 battery problem

Hello.
Today out of nowhere one of my 510 batteries stopped working.When I press the button with the atty attached it lights up but it doesnt give off any vapor.I tried cleaning the connections and pulling out the battery connection part a little bit but that didnt help.The weird thing is that the battery only lights up when I have a atty connected to it,pushing the button without a atty on it does nothing at all.Has anyone ever had this problem?

Yeah... its probably dead. That's why many people go to mods. Proprietary batts fail all too often.

The most rugged batt I have found though is the KR8.

Hello,thanks for the reply.
The thing is,the battery worked fine yesterday and it held a good charge and everything.It just stopped working out of no where.

Have you tried a new Atty ? just saying, could be the simplest thing !

Yep I tried another atty but still no go : /.I'm thinking it might be a bad connection somewhere on the battery end.I tried banging the battery connection part on my desk a little bit and it made the light blink.I'll try charging it now and see what happens.

Weird. Did you use an LR atty on it? That can kill the internal switches on standard slim ecig batteries.

And does your atty work on another battery? Bad attys can cause weird problems sometimes.

Its a regular 510 atty,the atty works on other batteries but not on this one : /.Its acting even weirder now.The battery starts blinking if I tap it or flick it with my finger.It is charging now tho so I'll see how that goes.

would be a simple check on a volt meter if you had one to tell if it is putting out or not.

And good luck. It's a good idea to always have 3 batteries for any ecig you use.

its a knockoff from madvapes.I did try testing it with a volt meter but it wasnt giving off any power.I tried charging it again but its still not working : /.Oh well i guess its broke lol.
