It's all about perspective. That's exactly how I feel about fox news. :)

Fox News provided some of the earliest positive reports on vaping. The huffinton post is so far slanted to the extreme left, it makes Fox News look progressively liberal. And from a purely "political" standpoint, only the left is actively wanting vaping to be banned or severely restricted.

Wonderful. Turn every discussion into a political discussion and lose support you might otherwise receive.

Unfortunately vaping became a political issue as soon as the liberal senator Lautenberg publicaly called for them to be banned in 2009 and the FDA tried to ban them that same year. All politicians, whether liberal, conservative or moderate should not be involved in whether we vape or not. Most politicians have stayed away from the issue. Unfortunately, a few, all from one side of the political landscape, have decided we cannot be trusted to make decisions for ourselves.

I spent ten years on Capitol Hill. I learned firsthand the difference between legislators and politicians, between gentlemen/ladies and greedy scumbags. I hate politics. I will not debate politics with anyone.

Whether a media source has a political agenda or not, I take every article on its own merits/demerits, and comment appropriately.

This is my experience and my opinion.

Well, to be fair, the article was pretty consistent - it wasn't ABOUT vaping, it was about "Cigarette Companies are Evil," and it stuck to that theme. Unfortunately, that meant they were going to only point out what the evil tobacco companies are doing with e-cigarettes (hard selling and promoting drug addiction, according to the story)...

How true !!

We didn't start this fight ...
We were content with simply sharing the good news and saving lives.
They picked a fight with us ...
And WE are going to finish it !!

It would be appreciated if you utilized your knowledge and contacts to help with our grass roots efforts to prevent FDA from banning e-cigarettes again (i.e. the "deeming" regulation), and to truthfully inform members of Congress about the many benefits e-cigarettes provide for smokers.

We've fought to keep the products legal so far, but the prohibitionists are stepping up their campaigns to ban the products again.

Please send me an e-mail.

Ania, any help you can provide Bill Godshaw and his work with CASAA, would be really appreciated by the vaping community.
