Weird problem about not getting vapor

Two disclaimers: 1) I've read through this website and done multiple Google searches without finding anything reflecting my current problem. If this is something familiar or which has been covered before, I must have missed it and I apologize. 2) My e-cigarette was a gift, so please forgive me if I'm not quite there with the terminology.

The problem: I've been using my e-cigarette for about 10 weeks successfully. For the past two days, I've had problems getting any vapor. My e-Go battery is charged and my rebuildable clearomizer has e-juice, but is not overfilled. When I take a drag like normal, I don't get the usual feeling of filling my lungs, and when I exhale nothing comes out. However, when I just take a quick puff without inhaling, what seems to be a normal amount of vapor is produced. I don't feel like I'm entering nicotine withdrawal despite the lack of vapor, but the only way I can manage to exhale any vapor is to activate the battery and inhale rather than taking a normal drag. Is this a problem with my battery, my clearomizer, the way I'm taking drags (again, the same way I have been for 10 weeks), or something else?

I've recently cleaned the top part of my clearomizer (the detachable mouthpiece), about a day before this problem began. Since it began I've cleaned the connections at the top of the battery and the bottom of the clearomizer, and tried tricks like blowing into the bottom and top of the clearomizer to clear any liquid. All without result.

I appreciate any help the community can offer me.

Over time, usually about one week, the little coil and wick inside your tank get crudded up. This will cause a number of problems with your vapor production, burnt taste, less vapor, etc.

Most tanks have replaceable coil head units. They run about $2/each and you can get them in 5-packs. You unscrew the base from the tank and remove the existing coil head, then screw in a new coil head and put the base back on to the tank.

Ready to rock!

See above re: terminology. I don't even know what that means. :/

I had a hard time catching on with this stuff, too.

Your rebuildable clearomizer has what's called a "coil" inside of it which is partially responsible for creating the vapor. These typically burn out after a given period of time. Depending on which type of clearomizer you have, you should be able to replace the coil pretty easily - they're typically a couple bucks (US) each, come in packs of 5, and can be found online / at any local vape shop.

If you could, describe your clearomizer in detail, and I'm sure someone will be able to help ID it & get you moving along in that process.

Sounds like you have been burning the same coil for 10 weeks!!!! Yikes get a new clearo, i16 cost maybe $6 tops and then buy a couple of coil heads $1.50 $2.00 each. I like the EVOD's but many find the draw too airy, and some complain of a plastic taste. I would not spend on Protanks and such till your ready to upgrade to a VV or other mod.

Here's a picture of my clearomizer for reference.
