I'm vaping 0.5 ohm at 35 watts right now . 8mg liquid. Just lowered from 16 mg. On 16mg I vape for 6 or 7 puffs anymore and I feel poorly. On 8mg I seem to be picking it up and putting it down all the time but it's early days yet to see what will happen.vape on

8mg on 35 watts will deliver a lot....do you think you can survive at 6mg? Cause due to fate I need to go as low as 6 after some hours...was vaping 18mg...but not available here anymore, pity

I have found one of the keys to using vaping to quit smoking, is to stop using your APV as though it was a cigarette. Think patch or gum instead, a slow constant supply of nic to stave off the cravings. The triggers that used to signal time to smoke (after a meal etc.) start to go away when you do that.

I try to just vape a little all the time. After a while I find I am not picking it up as often and I know it's time to drop the nic level again. once I do that I vape my face off for a few weeks and the process starts all over again.

All m doing right now is a very hard job, lowing down from 18mg to 6...18mg's are not available here anymore...Lets see how it goes...I don't want a new addiction to my body after quitting ciggs, so its better to vape low, thanks for your time :)

I tend to vape in a 20 minute session.....immediately followed by another 20 minute session.....immediately followed by yet another 20 minutes session. That is typically repeated, oh, around 16 to 17 times per day, usually 7 days per week.

Seriously though, I have never been able to vape like I smoked. Instead of lighting up and taking around 15 inhales in 6 minutes, then waiting an hour or so for another, I spread those inhales out over the course of that hour.

But to each their own.

What's a vaping session? Seriously tho, I dont quantify my vape by time. It's no different than when I smoked. When I wanted a cigarette, I smoked it & went on about my business until I was ready for another one. I've got mods all over the house & when I feel like vaping, I just vape.

Thers a session for smoking aswell, like 5-6mins per cigg? Like mornings...3 in a row smoking...average per 30mins a stick...Like that, Vape on!

If you hold the vapor in your lungs, it disapates (for lack of a better word). Vapor doesn't remain as visable vapor for very long.

This is basically the "stealth vape" technique if you need to vape but don't wish for others to see you. Take a drag and inhale into your lungs, exhale slightly but then immediately inhale again. When you exhale there will be little to no vapor. The longer you hold it into your lungs, the less vapor will be seen.

No additional health risk that I am aware of. You're just holding the vapor in your lungs for a longer time than normal. You might absorb more of the nicotine into your lungs just by the fact that its in there longer.

Although, many of us vets were told that most of the nicotine in vapor is absorbed in the mouth and throat, and not so much in the lungs. So if true, you don't really need to do lung inhales while vaping; ie. vaping like a cigar user smokes who doesn't inhale the smoke.

the reason I'm that much happy due to just today I'v lowered from 18mg to 6mg, was needed a way to get the most out of it, increasing watts helped me a bit, Stealth mode is even better, the reason I have to go low is, its not available here anymore [18mg's] thanks man :)

I don't exactly have sessions either. It's always next to me, whether I'm watching TV, on my laptop, laying in bed. It's there within an arms length. If I need it, I use it. It could be every 2 minutes I take a pull. It could be once an hour. I'll put it this way though, I have to recharge an 18650 about every 3 hours on average haha.
