A little background.
I smoked for about 13 years...and then quit with the help of chantix.
I was quit for almost 2 years, then a month ago picked up the habit again...quickly working back up to a pack a day. I was disgusted with myself and knew I did not want to continue smoking, but at the same time I really did!! So I decided the ecig was the right alternative for me.
So I got one, and I've probably been using it regularly for a week or more now. I'm still on analogs, but only a few a day.
Now, this morning I woke up and my arms feel weird. They are both tingly and itchy below the elbow all the way down to my hands.
I'm in pretty good shape. I am 28, I exercise regularly.
So I'm trying to figure out what this weird tingling could be. Is it at all related to vaping or smoking again? Is it from nicotine or something else?
If anyone has experienced this or heard of it and has any advice, please let me know. Thanks! I am afraid to vape at the moment! lol

Don't play with this symptom. It might be mitral valve prolapse plus nicotine intake related. Get off the message board and on the phone....to call the doctor. Seriously don't get advice from a message board about a symptom this serious coupled with a known cardiac issue. Good luck!
Donna, how do those symptoms equate to Mitral Valve Prolapse?

Saw the doctor!
She said it's most likely carpal tunnel syndrome that I am experiencing...nothing to worry about. It's NOT vape related...but she said continuing to smoke analogs could be helping to contribute to the tingling feeling as not enough oxygen is reaching my extremeties.
Soooooo....yes to continued vaping, and definitely have to quit the analogs!!!
