Yay! My first Mother's Day as an actual mother! Was pretty good, though. Got to go golfing and get sunburnt. DON'T FORGET SUNSCREEN. Especially if you're as ghostly white as I am. But I got a cute little "present" that my daughter made for me at daycare with an impression of her little feet. Too cute.

As for you guys dissing the "little 808s", I'll have you know that not all 808 are created equal! I happen to have a ton of, and love, my V4L 808s (mostly XLs, some with ash caps, more with Diamond Tips). I also like my Smokeless Image 808s (78mm) when I want a cooler vape. I also have four 808-threaded "fat batts" to use with tanks and clearos -- so there!
P.S. When I add a beautiful gold or silver or other metallic colored drip tip to my gold, black or silver diamond-tip XLs, I look like Audrey Hepburn -- NOT Mad Max!
El, wasn't really dissing them, but they have deteoriated quite a bit (the draw mainly is so stiff it's ugh) My mom has about 5-6 Volt batts and all of them came to this. When we first got them they weren't like this, I have no idea what happened. She barely gets any vapor anymore, she uses the blank volt cartos. Not to mention the every 2 hr charge. She is getting a bit discouraged with them.
When she uses my provari or KGO her eyes light up again. So they did serve their purpose, we started on these, and got off analogs with these after all. I'll say if it's workin' for ya, great, nothing wrong with that!

I'm just yanking your chain, Cynder.I do have some thoughts about your Mom's Volts:
(1) How many does she have, and how old are they? (E.g., I'm trying to get a feel for how many times each battery has been cycled)
(2) Does she regularly clean the chargers and charging ends (including keeping the air holes cleared of gunk, by using a needle or pin?)
Age, # of cycles, and regular maintenance or lack thereof all make a big difference.

She has 5 or 6 now, I gave all of mine to her. The oldest ones are from December, newest from February or so. I told her to clean the ends routinely though IF she is doing this I really can't say for sure. She says she is, upon inspection they don't appear dirty/gunked up. Probably going to say no on the deep-cycling. I'd say all batteries go though at least 1 charge cycle per day perhaps maybe 2. She vapes pretty heavily.
