You both have valid points', only a couple really DID need to steep, for me they were: heavenly macaroon, buttered rum and then some and blueberry, that was it. all the rest were awesome right out of the bottle. i'm still trying to get the rum one' to steep long enough for the rum to pissss off'....

:D Hey, if it works for you, it works. You just never find out what you're missing!:evil::laugh:

Kellie and Toothie',

what did you guys order? just out of curiousity

I got Highgbrow menthol with very light menthol, Decanet vanilla, hazelnut cream, and a special mix I made when I first started vaping that tasted like and old fashion choc covered cream drop. I can't wait to try them

ry4 or exotic blend i found to be a heavier vape with less fruitiness.
i love love love french pipe, but it might be a bit too light for you. but your cartomizer will last longer.
my fave hands down is french pipe. i think i may have mentioned this before.....once or twice...perhaps a thousand times..cant remember which.

Hope you all are having a great Sunday! :)

I'm thinking of trying out more of the tobacco flavors. I like a dark, earthy, non-fruity tobacco. Which Highbrowbacco's would you all recommend?

Pheisty,

As meeems mentioned... the Exotic blend is a great juice... IMO it does need a steep ( like all of the tobacco's I've tried ) so everything blends properly so one flavor note doesn't overwhelm any other. Tabac de Perique is currently my favorite one and has currently pushed the Exotic blend from that position. I also really love French Pipe... it does have some cherry and vanilla notes in it but it is really nice for an evening vape. French Pipe is offered in a standard and full bodied versions, I'm about to need to order some more and I seriously can't decide which way I want it on the next order... I'm barely leaning towards the full bodied, but just barely.

I haven't tried any of the others yet... the 3 I have are just so good I haven't had a need for something different. At some point, I need to try the RY4... seeing as I'm not big into deserts, fruits or drinks types... I've put off trying RY4 and really need to quit doing that.

It isn't that I don't like the "foo foo" juices, because I do and I have several on hand... it is just I don't often get in the mood for them.

I believe you were also the one asking about steeping. Convention steeping is just taking the top off of a bottle, placing it into a cool dark location and letting it sit until it has fully melded all of the flavors together.

You can also do almost the same thing by doing a "quick steep". Take a square of plastic wrap ( saran wrap etc ), place the bottle in the center of the wrap, wrap it up and seal it good with a bread tie... Then take a cup or bowl of hot water ( hot tap or microwaved ), shake the bottle up well, place it into the hot water and let it sit until the water has cooled... repeat it about 3-4 times... Remember to shake each time you place it back into the hot water. Of the juices I've done this on, they were fine ( for me ) right after I finished it.

A small warning... I've used several brands/types of baggies... all of them let water in and ran the label until they were almost unreadable. You can always use a magic marker to relabel them if it happens ... but if you steeped several bottles at once and they all end up being almost unreadable... it make it fun to figure out which is which if they each look/smell similarly.

Thank you so much! (And to Meems, as well, of course.) That helps a lot. I already have the RY4, which is great, but I'm looking for something a little less 'foo foo' (while the RY4 certainly is a good 'foo foo'). ;) I used to love me a good cigar on occasion, if that tells you anything.

Thanks also for the steeping advice! I do have some glass vials from another vendor that are empty, so I think I'll try doing the quick steep in those.

After that, I'll be ordering some more Highbrow. :)

On the French Pipe... I don't find it at all "foo foo" btw... yes there are cherry and vanilla notes in it that I do taste... but they accent/enhance the tobacco nicely.

I also had Brian mix up a FP using apple instead of the cherry ( all other parts were the same )... It didn't come out as I had imagined really and I think it needs a little bit of some citrusy flavor for it to work right... at least in my opinion.

I'm not into cigar flavors, at least the ones I've tried. Meeems and several others including a close friend of mine do rave about Highbrow's though.
