Hi back Cynder'ella,
I'm watching a movie, and its horrible, dont see 'wanderlust', it's about as funny as a cry for help', ...but the good news is, i'm enjoying the last of my sample of tabac de perique, and as always the case, wishing i'd ordered a 30ml. its always the way aint it?, ..beginning to like this more than the french pipe', ...i did not just say that did i?

I hope that you've given that Perique a good and proper steep... I'd hate to see you in dutch with El...
As I've mentioned several times... The Perique is a great all day vape... it has several complex flavors that are luxurious yet is still not overly rich or heavy. I still like the French Pipe a lot and would have gone through more than I have if I wasn't busy looking for my perfect clearo... For me... the FP makes a perfect after dinner, evening or weekend vape. It's just a bit richer and the touch of cherry is really nice.
I've also got a couple ( 30ml ) bottles of RY4 coming in about Friday... I'm really not sure where I sit with this one... It's smooth enough for an all day vape and yet with the bit of carmel and vanilla... seems it should be more for evenings and/or weekends. I suspect I've have some difficult times trying to decide just which one to vape...
If that isn't enough... Bry is also sending a sample of the Clove... I'm pretty excited to try this one after being completely suprised by how much I enjoyed the RY4...

Oh yeah, its definitely steeped, probably a month at least. i'm finding this the lightest of the bunch, with the french pipe a close second.

I got the sample of clove in and even though I attempted a quick steep... I believe it needs to sit longer and develop more.
Still... I can say two things with certainity... This is definately clove as I know it... It is also a dry flavor in the same way you'd use the description for a wine... not a sweet one... well, probably not a good way to say that since clove has a type of sweetness to it but not in the conventional sense. At the moment, I'm not tasting any tobacco but that may be from the fact that the clove really comes out.. I'm hoping that it melds well and later after a bit of time the tobacco flavor shows through just a bit.
I did play with it a little also... and it can be easily used to flavor or enhance other flavors and mixes... I added a bit of Orange de Sangre, probably about 25% Orange to 75% Clove mix... This is a nice mix and if it had a bit of cinnamon with a strong tea and a bit of sweetness... it would make a really nice autumn or winter vape.
Bryan's description is pretty spot on.. the clove does come on strong and it will probably not be for everyone because of it... as it is right now... I'll use it to flavor other custom vapes... after it steeps I may change that to using it for some evening vapes all by itself but only time will tell.

We had some serious "this doesn't taste like clove" issues recently with that one. We switched up ingredients and glad it is pronounced now. Hope we didn't drown out the other aspects of the juice though...

I'll revisit this one after a couple of weeks or so... the clove taste is right and just because I'm not currently tasting the tobacco doesn't mean much yet... I believe that additional steeping will let the other flavors round out and make a lot of difference still.
I mentioned that I thought this would be nice in a spiced tea blend... I'm suprised I also didn't think about a spiced cider blend as well... Of course those are pretty seasonal as are most things that typically use clove
