Just wanted to stop in and thank Bryan!

Ordered 3 of his flavors on Tuesday - Buttered Rum and-then-some, Dark Chocolate Mint, and Peach Thymbra all in 0 nic mix for my fiance. He's really motivated to quit nic, but loves vaping...Now it's going to be a chore to vape my +nic vapors when I need to, because the Highbrow stuff is just so darn good!

:toast:

What a great way to lower or get off of nicotine - order the most delicious flavors in 0 nic! Excellent idea...

Yes it is... Just remember that with less nico... there is less TH which I suppose can be offset with a higher PG level... When smoking real cigs... I smoked light cigs, going to a PV I was getting more TH than with the cigs so I dropped my nic level down to just 6mg and found it perfect for me when I am using a 80/20 PG/VG mix...

I'm glad to see some new blood showing up here... so welcome all...

I got to introduce my Ex GF to a PV after she went into a hospital needing a stint... Hopefully she will jump onto the bandwagon for her own sake. I've also got another friend coming by work tomorrow to check them out, he is wanting to stop smoking cigars... I'd also shown another friend, but he has yet to show much more than just a passing interest yet... So I'm spreading the word where ever I can... and of course it goes without saying that Highbrow Vapers will be highly recommended as a juice source.

I am back! How are all my highbrow hat tippers this lovely Monday afternoon? Doing well and vaping some delicious juice I hope! :)

Chicago was a really nice time, wasn't quite as big as I thought it would be, there was about 30 vendors at Vapebash and 20 or so at vapefest. They did have some really great giveaways, and I won a huge bottle of juicy vapor ecto plasma, have not tried it yet.

I guess I thought it would have alot more mods and cutting edge stuff, like a expo or convention. There were mods and lots of hardware and juice, but other than 5 or so new mods, everything I have already seen before. I will say one thing, if any of u ever decided to go to one or something like it make sure u take lots of money (yes I know duh, right? Lol) because they have really good deals on hardware like drip tips, cartos, attys, tanks, stuff like that. And if u stay till the end of the event they drop prices even more because if they flew to get there, that less stuff they have to haul home! :)

Also u need to make sure u take water and a napkin or tissue for all the dripping, I guess the guys are just used to wiping it on their pants or something, lol. I saw Grimm Green and the Vape Babe, and PBusardo there too, o and Jeff aka slinger was there too. It was worth the drive just for the good deals and to get to "try before u buy"

I would def recommend going to any vaper, or smoker for that matter. I really wish Highbrow would have been there, it seemed there was a bit of a lack of premium juice vendors, at least imho. :) Course I may be biased....

O btw, Bryan I left u a review on Ecig Advanced website a lil bit ago, nice site they have there, u guys should check it out. I didn't see many other reviews, so idk if the site is new or not. I found them on YouTube, and clicked the link to the site. According to YouTube they have been doing reviews since 2009, so like I said I don't know how old the actual site is.

Ok, just wanted to pop in and give u all that lil update, gotta unpack and figure out what the heck we are having for dinner. :)
Sorry no pics, I forgot my darn iPod, and my phone camera su..., uh isn't very good ;)

Glad to hear you had a good time Lethalp and glad you got back safely...

I finally got around to ordering up some more of the Highbrowbacco's to try out... First was to get a bit more of the Menthol but in the smaller size so I could order more other flavors. Next on order was the French Pipe which I requested in the milder flavor with some menthol added and finally ( as far as the tabacco's go ) I also ordered the tabac de Perique with menthol. It only took the original Menthol I got a week to steep where I liked it... So I'll do the same for these and this time, I won't cheat until the week is up since I already know the flavor that the Menthol had/has.

While I was at it... I also added more Dark Roast Coffee.... I asked Bryan to make the coffee flavor about 30% stronger and added my usual cream and sugar. I'd hoped to try a few of the other flavors I've been looking at.... but they will have to wait until the pocket book can manage them.

I found that
-opening a bottle cap once in a while to get new air in
-frequently shaking a bottle (or dance with it if want to lose some weight)
speeds up the steeping.
Right or wrong, that's what I do if I can't wait two weeks.
The above should cut the steeping time at least in half.

I had forgot to add the French Pipe juice to my order last night, so Bryan contacted me and said to go ahead and order and he'd fix my shipping so that it all shipped with my one order (so I snuck in a Blackberry Limoncello!). What fantastic Customer service. I havent had the juice yet, but so far.. you've got a good fan!

hello all! Hope everyone had a great weekend and the April Foolster tricks weren't too hard on ya. Lethalp, sounds like you had a great time, trying new stuff is always fun hehe.

Well, my "extra creamy vanilla" RY4 has steeped for 4 weeks and I gave 'er a go last night. I'm not a tobacco juice person. I'm going to admit I smelled it fresh and it had that overwhelming tobaccoey smell and I didn't really have high hopes (nothing to do with HB, just tobacco juice in general). Bryan, I want to thank you for mixing it with the vanilla like that for me btw.

Ok, well, last night I smelled it for the first time in weeks and well, that scent that was overwhelming before was now subtle, so I figured it was about time to try it. For a tobacco juice it is pretty good, the vanilla lingers behind just like in the vanilla bourbon bean. At lower voltages it is mild tobacco and I get more vanilla..higher voltages bring out the tobacco note more. I'm not sure if it made me a tobacco juice vaper but it certainly is worth curling up on the couch with for awhile :)

You steepers kill me! All this while I've been sneaking into your ejuice stashes, vaping everything, and replacing it with brand-new juices - your game is up! LOL...

"steepers".. now that's new ter·mi·nol·o·gy. I like the air in this thread.
I don't mind vaping fruity juices right out of box, but tabacco juices get their fair chances after steeping.
well.. yeah.. I admit that I've been guilty of vaping them without steeping occasionally. but most of time I test my patience with tabacco ones.
