Well, 10 days and my Blu order is STILL "processing"

I initially ordered Blu's on 12/10 and received on 12/23/09. After about 1 week, I called to inquire about my order and CS apologized and stated they would send out my order because it appeared that my order was lost somewhere during the Christmas rush. These are the ones that I received on 12/23. I have since moved on to bigger and better things but 1 week ago I received a complete starter kit of Blu cigs in black. I have the old kit packed away just in case of an emergency should I happen to run out of my regular stock. So now I have 2 kits, one brand new. I checked my account with them just to make sure I was not charged and I wasn't, guess this was the lost order from back in December.

I should explain about my encounter with blu I didnt say I was dissatified with my blu I was dissatified when ordering and shipping.

Blu was my first and only ecig .The thing I like about it is looks like a real cig though the carts only last about 1 hour to hour and a half.. for me and I quit smoking the day I got it..

The carts I reuse with juice but hard to fill.. But over all comparing blue to my 510 vaper 510 has more vapor out put and good hits..the blu seems to get a little more taste but has very small carts..

through their online chat service. Seems the white starter kit (which I ordered) is on back-order now instead of the black (which is now in stock). So I had them cancel my original order and I went back and ordered the black starter kit.

The rep said the black kit should take 48-72 hours to process. Okay, this is their last chance before I take my business elsewhere.

Hi all. I'm very new at this myself, but I have had terrible experiences with blu and I will not be ordering from them anymore. Their ecig is ok, when my eluma is charging. I just ordered more supplies from eluma so that I won't have to use the blu anymore. No TH at least not on a consistant basis, and not a lot of vapor. Carts don't last me more than a couple hours and I have to constantly switch batteries because they run out of juice so quickly. My eluma, which I think is a 510 works great, good (TH) and long battery life. Now I just have to figure out the ejuice thing. Still have not decided who to order from.

I came upon a site called cignot.com I got burnt by blu finally got my order 3 weeks on refill carts..While waiting on blu I order a 510 kit from cignot and had it all in 23 hours..I was surprised at got it in such a short time....Still while waiting on blu place 2nd order with cignot for juice got it in 26 hours..I guess blu is out cignot is in...

There are more sites out there but the shipping speed and communication with customer service at cignot is GREAT!!
