Welcome VeeHa. Congrats on making it without a cig. It's easy for some to do it but not everyone. But I look at it like this, for every cig not smoked, part of your lungs have been saved. Keep vaping and cigs will no longer be a need. Drink plenty of water to help flush out all the years of toxins that you've put in your body. Water will also keep you hydrated because vaping is very "drying" to our bodies. Good luck to you.

thanks Hairball
i cant tell u how happy i am right now and vickie said she is so proud of me
i know when i go to mom and dads for christmas (they are both ex-smokers) will try to give me grief over how the vaper looks like i am still smoking and ask me when i will give up vaping
right now (as long as FDA doesnt screw us) i feel it's ok to vape the rest of my life i enjoy it so much
just the other day i burnt a hole in one of my good shirts
on the way out one last time cigs screwed me huh lol

Bruce, after one year of trying so many different products and
Spending tons of money let me say just go to vapage.com and get the v-mod..

Then go to vaprite.com and get their organic juice ( I use all VG )...
