I got a kick out of the miniscule detail in the cost of say a supervisor having to distinguish whether a worker was vaping or smoking or the time and money spent policing - cost to the gov't or business many pounds silver whereas the cost to the ecigarette industry on such matters were zero or 0 to 100,000 quid depending on the circumstance These small little minds are who actually run the bureaucracies in any gov't.
