This is a big jump for me if you look at my "back to vaping thread" just the yesterday i smoked like 3-4 analogs. For some reason it is easier for me to vape on days I don't go to college or work. I don't know why but the stress really gets to me when i am at work which makes it almost a necessity to pick up a analog. What do you guys do to not pick them up and vape instead?

You have pretty much answered your own question.

When you start to get an urge for a smoke, GRAB THE BLOOG.
Don't wait til you are chomping at the bit. Most times, if you catch the urge early, a quick hit or three from your Bloog will satisfy you.

BUT, also keep in mind that everybody is wired a little differently. There is no sin in grabbing an analog as your body adjusts to the new form of Nic. It won't be too long til your body makes the analogs taste nasty enough that you won't even want to try and light it up. But celebrate the victory in EVERY analog you DON'T smoke.

One of my regulars went from 3 PAD to 1/2 PAD in 10 days. He was amazed that he could do that. He still hits an analog once in awhile, but he is OK with that. One of my recent victories was taking a gentleman from 2 PAD to zero analogs overnight.

So it all depends on your past habits, mental attitude towards quitting and how your body is reacting to the Bloog.

DON'T get discouraged if you still have to have an analog on occasion. It's OK.

Please keep us updated on your progress.

Keep On Blooging.

It may be something as simple as bumping your nic level on those stressful days.
For example, if a 16mg works on 'normal' days, you may need to have some 24mgs on hand for those 'stressful' times until you get a little better handle on the situation.

It is definitely a learning curve we all have to go thru.

Idk why but on light days I can go without a analog completely, but on stressful days the bloog just doesn't cut it. Maybe a analog doesn't either and its all in my head. Thanks for all the support guys I really appreciate it. You guys are awesome!

Nice work shooter. Keep it up. I will try to let people know about bloog too :D

I agree, it does not hurt to go up a level or two when stress is high. I have a friend who I converted 3 months ago and she loves bloog (She started at 16 and stepped down to 11mg), a few weeks ago her father passed and she just popped on some of her 16mg that she held on to. I myself am a week shy of 10 months analog free and I dont have any cravings even under stress. Like I say to everyone I speak with, Bloog is such a great product and I believe in it 100% that as soon as I heard they were looking for employees I did not hesitate to take the job.

The thing to remember is that Blooging is an alternative to tobacco smoking, not a stop smoking cure. You can Bloog instead of smoking at any time or any place. But it doesn't have to be about tobacco abstinence. It can be a way to reduce your tobacco consumption, or to avoid second hand smoke when around children, or a way to get through airports, or whatever. Whatever level of use you prefer. The choice is yours. ;) IOW, don't worry and feel pressured to quit using analogs. Just enjoy Blooging as an alternative whenever and wherever you choose. Over time, most people just plain find that they prefer Blooging instead of smoking. Treat it like that, as an option that's always available to you, that is just as satisfying as a real cig, and maybe even a bit better, and in time you will put down the lighter without even trying.
